Fantastic place to rent electric bikes, they helped us select local points of interest to tour, stop and explore, and provided excellent ebikes that were fun to ride, and handled the hills (even the big ones that I managed to climb at 40+ kph) with ease at full power assist. This was my first extended ride on an ebikes but it won't be my last. Wow what a blast, highly recommended.

Very nice bikes and the electric makes it very easy. We had a good explanation of where to go and how to use the bikes. I also really appreciated how patient the instruction was provided. Two girls renting a scooter next to us were given about 20 minutes to get comfortable before they were on the road. I thought that was really well done.

WOW. This is definitely the best way to tour Ile D'Orleans. Our group rented electric scooters/mopeds for 5 hours (came to ~$60/person as we had two people to a scooter). The gentleman who helped set us up spent a good hour making sure we know how to ride the scooters before showing us off. Fair warning though, the island is bigger than it looks like and we ran short of time. We also visited the island on a Tuesday when many of the businesses weren't open.

We came to Quebec and thought about visiting the island, but didn’t want to be stuck in a tour bus only, so we decided to rent scooters to go at our own pace. The owners here were very accommodating and gave us a quick tutorial of everything we needed to know for riding (we were new to it, you can see us practicing in the video) as well as providing us with helmets and neck warmers and gloves. They gave us a lot of good tips and ideas for travelling the island. Afterward they provided additional guidance for things to visit around Quebec and even gave a quick ride up the road to our next stop. We afterward went to the other spots he mentioned and also enjoyed those very much. Overall the experience was excellent and the service amazing! We will definitely be coming back.

We were here a bit before the busy season (early June) and unfortunately a lot of the businesses weren't open, but we still thoroughly enjoyed it. Many businesses were closed Monday-Wednesday so plan accordingly. The staff at Quebec Adventure Tours was awesome and very helpful! I would highly recommend renting scooters to see the island.

We took a bicycle family trip to L'Ile D'Orleans. We rented the bikes with Quebec Fun Tours. The island is gorgeous and the trails are beautiful, however I do not recommend it for children as there are no bicycle paths.

However, this tour is not suggested for young children. The lane for bicycles is very restricted and we circulate near trucks and cars half of the time. The bikes were of good quality although mine lost its chain halfway and the steering wheel went forward. Let's say that the "turbo" button was very popular at times! J ai eu un retour mais lorsque j ai voulu un remboursement je n ai plus eu de nouvelles.. nous avons été extrêmement déçus du service après vente..surtout le prix faramineux ,nous nous attendions à plus de qualité..

Amazing experience and great hospitality by the staff. We rented the electric bikes and they were more than enough to explore this beautiful island. The staff are super knowledgeable about the island and the best spots to go and suggested us a route that ensured we had a good experience and saw a bit of everything. Coming from Toronto or Ontario we don’t have a place like this to explore. I would recommend this to anyone looking to truly explore Orleans. Much more freedom than if you take a car. I rented 5 bikes and two people couldnt ride it so barely for 40min they told me they wont ride so they returned it, so i spoke with the owner and he said i will do a partial credit. First the partial credit he said was 40$ out of 140$ that is kind of low for just testing the bikes in the parking lot of the place for 40min. He should return at least half or 70$ to be fair but I accepted it. Second I kept calling for the refund, he said i am doing it now and its been 3 weeks now and nothing. He is not loyal to his customers who spend a lot and he takes advantage that I am far not from the region. I wont deny the fact we had fun but when a person says a word that he would refund an amount and did not and its been 3 weeks, that isn't a man of his word, that isnt nice.

When addressing the group, we were only spoken to in English to accommodate a couple of tourists rather than making the effort to speak in French and English, not to mention the condescending and paternalistic tone of the one who served us . When we indicated the destination we wanted to reach in the day, the owner forced us to take a picture of the map of a taxi, because according to him, we were going to realize that our legs would be too tired to come back and, in his words , "if so, don't call me". In short, for the rental of bicycles, I do not recommend. On nous a prêté deux vélos de marque Canadian Tire, mal entretenus (les deux vélos faisaient du bruit, l'un deux "crissait" quand on freinait et les vitesses sur le guidon étaient complètement barrées). On ne nous a fourni aucune carte, aucun cadenas et les casques étaient dans le même état que les vélos. Au moment de s'adresser au groupe, on nous a parlé uniquement en anglais pour accommoder un couple de touristes plutôt que de faire l'effort de parler en français et en anglais, sans compter le ton condescendant et paternaliste de celui qui nous a servies. Quand nous avons indiqué la destination que nous voulions atteindre dans la journée, le propriétaire nous a obligées à prendre en photo la carte d'un taxi, car selon lui, nous allions réaliser que nos jambes seraient trop fatiguées pour revenir et, dans ses mots, " si c'est le cas, don't call me ". Bref, pour la location de vélos, je ne recommande pas.
