Donc si vous voulez un voyage de m......... aller à cette agence et surtout demander la senior.Le premier email , qu’elle nous as envoyé, après notre première rencontre et un dépôt, ce email as été envoyer à une autre personne que nous , et ce mail contenait des informations personnelles nous concernant.Donc bonjour la sécurité et la confidentialité. Nous sommes entrés et avons mis une option sur une croisière. Le lendemain je rappelle et je dois parler à un autre agent car le premier avait omis de nous informer qu’il ne travaille qu’un seul jour par semaine. Donc le lendemain j’ai fait changer l’option pour une autre croisière dont le premier agent ne nous avait pas informé. En revenant à la maison je m’aperçois que la cabine réservée est juste devant le laundromat. En m’informant auprès de la cie de croisière elle même je découvre qu’il y a d’autres cabines disponibles dans la catégorie voulue. Je pensais que les agents de voyage travaillaient pour nous... L’agente de la cie de croisière m’a dit qu’ils ne suggèrent pas les cabines voisines au laundromat s’il y a d’autres choix! Je rappelle Voyages Jean-Pierre pour annuler l’option et la réceptionniste me met en attente à trois reprises! N’aurait-elle pas pu me passer à un agent? De toute évidence je ne ferais pas confiance à cette agence pour des services après vente (aide si problème à destination m’avait-on dit).
