Et surtout je trouve la paix d’esprit car je sais qu’ils sont experts en « trouble shooting« (c-à-d ,dépannage quand pourtant-tout-allait-bien-jusque-là...) . Personne mieux que Michel Derome ne peut donner cet agréable sentiment de ne pas être seul dans la jungle de l’industrie touristique et d’être accompagné par un Ange-gardien à Laval ! Et cette complicité dure depuis 25 ans!
