Un matin en regardant mon relevé visa, j'ai remarqué que le voyage avait été remboursé depuis 6 jours.... Voyage annulé. Jamais on ne nous a avisé et ils ont même dit à nos co-voyageurs que tout était OK 4 jours auparavant, 2 jours après un remboursement passé incognito. Depuis le début ils communiquaient mal ou pas du tout.
