I have to say i was very impressed with the service here. They picked me up and dropped me off at the dealership despite the terrible weather. Many brokers were closed at this time. Its nice they have flexible hrs. The staff including the very nice driver and brokers were very kind. The process was very quick despite the queue. Will definitely visit again.

The lady at their Notre Dame branch was rude, arrogant, and very condescending. We politely asked what requirements were needed to establish my wife's identity for her Class 5 knowledge test and the lady was just rude, very terse in her replies, obviously not hiding her irritation. It wasn't just us that she dealt with very badly but the customer before us as well. While waiting for our turn, we witnessed how she dealt with the young guy, slamming his papers and his money change onto the desk. When the deal was done, she managed to tell the guy to "have a good day!" with pursed lips but you could tell there was never an ounce of intent to wish him well. I was thinking to myself, "this lady can't be for real!" And sure enough, when it was our turn, she had exactly the same demeanor. The way you deal with customers is how anyone dealing with your business will remember your business. And if people like her are the people who front La Salle's business, then I could only imagine how many more customers have left their Notre Dame branch with a horrible experience that left a bad taste in their mouths. Very unacceptable! Terrible customer service! Won't come back.

Welcome to the fish market. They give zero concern to your issue , what you are asking, what do you want to provide. Save your time and go somewhere else. I have scream my lungs out just to make her understand what I was saying. It’s crowded and noisy. Feels like they are giving you free money or free food because if they even realize that we are the customer they would never behaved like this . I prefer a smaller place with a one on one conversation opportunity not a fish market.
Worst ever customer service I ever got from any insurance broker. They lied about my email they didn't receive it and later said they received that but not readable. It is true there was printing mark but definitely it was readable and later said may be her co worker already finished it which was another lie. They did even care to call back after I send them papers in 5 days. Long story short, I refused their services and call Nation West Insurance and Travel, all job is done in 15 minutes with very professional services. I highly recommend people to avoid them if possible.

This will sound weird cause it's an insurance place... But this place is awesome. They are helpful fast and fun. The staff is super kind and they always seem happy to be there. I've been dealing with them for years. I would never go anywhere else.

Not Professional at all. extremely bad experience. People work here are not trained enough to collect one accurate piece of document. I will never recommend anyone to take a service from horrible people. I wish i could give negative (0) because due to their mistakes i had to wait about 2 months. They made me to visit 4 times to submit my one document and they even don’t know what to look for. People work here act like they are working over the phone but in actual it is not the scenario.

I didn't think that I'd ever need to write a review for an insurance company, but I was wrong. Yesterday we were dealing with such an incredible soul; Kimberly, at La Salle Insurance. My wife and I were getting a vehicle registered and in fact it happened to be my wife's first vehicle. So Kimberly took her time explaining everything. That's great but that's not all. Kimberly gave us our plates already and while doing her thing, my wife and I were talking about our newest baby who's birthday was X month and DD day. Kimberly immediately swooped out plates and went back, then came out with the perfect plates. She didn't need to, nor did we ask. She just listened to our side conversation, and acted to give us an incredible surprise. On top of that, her personality is incredible! I hope and trust that this review will be seen by her. We absolutely loved our interaction with her and hope that she gets some recognition or a raise or something because she deserves it! I hope she remembers us next time. We will remember her. Some kind of silly people. For the address proof I brought a proof of identity from an engineer. Although form itself instructed to print, they're asking for hand written forms instead of printed document I produced.

I’m trying to help my friend who left Winnipeg to cancel the car insurance and I visited this location twice today, the first time a young lady told me that I need an authorization letter, and kindly gave me the copy. I contacted my friend to sign the letter than came back about half an hour later. Well, because the form is kind complicated, my friend just circles all options and signed. Turns out the letter can't be used to cancel the insurance. I was so frustrated cuz lots of things going on today. But all the staff were so kind, being patient all the time and helpful. They are strictly following the rules and if you have any paperwork to deal with, I believe this is the place you should go, they are just trustworthy.
The only thing I am disappointed about is that I can only give 5 stars. These people are so fantastically awesome and very knowledgeable. You wouldn't think someone can make buying insurance fun but they knock it out of the park!!!!!

If I can give them 0 stars, I will do it! Some of the staff are dishonest! They just want more money for the commission! They don't care about what kind of insurance is suitable for you!!! When I go there, I told her I am going to work with skip the dishes, so I want to add commercial courier insurance. She said commerce Courier insurance will be paid an extra $800. I said that fine because I have to work with skip the dishes full-time these days. So my insurance was only $2200 before becoming $3000! After few weeks, I found it she was given me the wrong insurance!!! I told her I need commercial courier insurance, then she gave me passenger vehicle insurance. Passenger vehicle insurance is for those who work with Uber Driver or Taxi! So I went there again and told the other staff I want to change the right insurance. She told me I have to pay more to change commercial courier insurance. I asked her why I need to pay more for that, I have a friend who bought the same insurance only $2500, I should have $500 credit back. She just told me that is impossible, because commercial Courier insurance is more expensive. And everywhere is the same price. I asked her how much of the commercial courier insurance? And she said she don't know!! Just told me. In my case, I have to pay an extra $30 to change it! So I just jump into my car and drive to Bison MPI. I got the same insurance for MPI. They only charge me $2500 and give me $500 credit back!! So I highly recommend everyone just go to Bison MPI rather than La Salle insurance. Because they are dishonest!!!
I have stopped using this as my go to insurance agents because of a horrible situation that was crested by the manager. I had a travel appointment and had to cancel as I was I'll. They. Ade me another the next day. I still waxnt my best but went. When I got there they had taken another person before me without an appointment. I watched over half an hour, called them on it as I was not doing my best. This was disrespectful. The person sho was there wasn't even buying any service just checking out prices. So I cancelled my trip with them and went to CAA. No problems there.
Calls were returned very prompt and staff made insuring my Wood boiler simple. One Insurance Took about 3/4 month's of me calling and getting zero responses, once I got a response I was blasted by them saying they are very busy and that's why my file was sitting doing nothing till it was Heat season that is ridiculous. So I switched to La Salle they called me back within a cpl day's just to say she didn't know anything yet. After a week I Had been told my options Very happy with my service.
The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, if they aren't sure of something they will ask a colleague. There are always plenty of staff on hand to take care of you.

Went to pay my car insurance and asked to change it to pleasure. The lady went through the motions and i paid and then she was explaining my insurance and i noticed it was still all purpose. I told her i had asked for pleasure and apologized for the inconvenience. She went on to say that i had not mentioned anything about changing it (which i had) and then rolled her eyes, sighed and remained in a bad attitude the rest of the time there.

This has the most horrible staff with the worst customer service. I recently moved to Manitoba from another province and wanted to obtain my Manitoba drivers license. I went two times to this place before with my PP and two other documents (my paystub and credit card banking statement) as the address proofs. One is my paystub and the other is a banking document. The banking statement was not acceptable for the first time (which if fine), So in the second time, I went with a void cheque as they suggested but this time they informed that I need to have the bank teller stamp with the date. So I went to the bank and get that stamped today, and went to this place, the third time with my two documents, the paystub and the stamped void cheque. And today they informed me my paystub is not acceptable, because it doesn't have the first part of my first name. How can they be so careless, and ignorant until I visit THREE times to their place to inform its not acceptable now? Why wouldn't anyone bother to inform that they cannot accept the paystub on my first or second visit? This is the last thing we want in the middle of the pandemic. Having to wander around for the same thing over and over. Be a little considerate please!
Convenient hours! Was able to insure my newly purchased vehicle at 8:30pm on a Monday evening. There was quite a long lineup, probably because they were the only place open, but it went pretty quick because they were well staffed.
The atmosphere is extremely positive, I made the remark while being quickly helped out that it's so much fun in there! Super friendly staff, cool decor too.

All the lady agents are always chipper cheerful and charming but the one guy I dealt with there is less than professional. The one with the pretty brown eyes even remembered a personal detail of mine that came up in conversation the previous visit 4 months prior.

I have dealt with La Salle Insurance for thirty years. I always have received quick service, prompt answers to any issues and true personalized service every time!
The signage on your windows is a bit confusing for myself and I think your staff. It says that masks are required. Yet the woman working behind the desk in the middle felt obligated to take her mask off and have it hang from her ear while she took a phone call. Last I checked masks were mandatory due to Covid-19. There was no reason for her to take her mask off for the 3-4 minutes she took to speak on the phone. People can understand you perfectly fine when speaking over the phone while wearing your mask. This was approx. between the time of 5:30pm - 5:50pm. Before this incident I waited in line for 10 minutes outside. No biggie. This is the new norm. However, it says on your window that only four (4) people are allowed in your office. Not too sure if that means four (4) in total. But at one point there were six (6) people getting served at one time. Not maintaining the six (6) foot rule. Three (3) people left. So the woman in front of me who was also waiting outside went in. No one came to get her. She went in as she saw that people left. Two (2) more people left after that, so I went in as there were only two (2) customers left inside. As I waited to get acknowledged one (1) of the people that left came back in. I was then asked to wait back outside for another five (5) minutes because the two (2) people that left just needed to grab something and had to come back in. And then I was asked if someone had told me I could come in. Where I answered "No". Because where does it say that? I stood inside for a solid two (2) minutes before I was even acknowledged. This was also the same woman who felt privileged enough to remove her mask who asked me to wait back outside. So again, I go back outside. Then another person that left, goes back in. Followed by them is another person who went in through the exit only door. No one told him he couldn't use the exit door as an entrance. Sooooo ..... may I suggest having appointment's or your staff trained on the importance of the six (6) foot rule and masks. I will end this review by also mentioning that the guy who helped me with the renewal of my license was nice and efficient. He also kept his mask on the entire time. Thank you,
