Polite staff. Helpful and knowledgeable about their domain. Three stars because I really thought that the boats were over crowded. Some passengers towards the middle of the boat did not get too many opportunities to get the same value that others did who stayed on the outside decks of the boat.

September 2017-We ended up taking a half day cruise because Viking canceled our excursion (without notifying us in advance). While it wasn’t whale watching, this was one of the best tours we’ve ever done. A great mix of culture, history and some tasty surprises! Our driver and guide were the best! ( And we have traveled extensively!). We loved it so much we would consider coming back to Saguenay!! They took a disappointing day and changed it to a highlight of our cruise. Don’t settle for a shore excursion; book directly for the best view of Canada!!
