It’s a most depressed office environment I’ve been to. The staff seem anxious and down and the manager speaks at them with venom and argues with customers. It’s clear there is serious bullying going on. Never work or shop there dor your own mental health

I went there today to update my bank payment info. but the lady who assisted me is asking for the physical address of my bank. I had already given to her a copy of my pre-authorized form from the bank which includes all details needed but she can’t still process my request. So i decided to leave and go to different insurance company and they were able to process my request in few minutes. I guest the people working here is not knowledgeable enough.
