Great service of daytime employees. However their night shift told me after I requested a ride for 11:00, to call them closer to the time. If they didn't run that late they could've told me, but they said to call them when I needed the ride. I called them and it went straight to voicemail.

Well I rarely use this service unless I really need to. But usually when I use it it is fairly good. Usually quite the wait though, but at a time when I really needed help. I got turned down, hung up on, and ignored lastnight and this morning. When my truck had ran out of gas on me and I needed to get to the nearest gas station (711 up by walmart). And they would not take me! Even if I paid extra. So got hung up on and ignored lastnight so tried again this morning and still Won't help me! And also every other town or city I go to taxi services are able to give you a jump if your battery died for $20. But not this one. So I'm wondering where are the services when you really need them?

I have a very hard time walking. The driver should have figured that out when I came out in a wheel chair. I was so very fortunate to have my youngest with me. The driver did lift a finger to help get the wheel chair outta the cab or even help with the large amount of groceries we had just bought. I miss that amazing lady that had her own van. She would ways help with what ever was needed and always waited till you were in your place.saftly before she would drive away.
