I had a parcel that came for me and they phone me to pick it up well I showed up there and I ask for it and they told me that my parcel didn’t come so I said to them that’s a lie and I have gone there about 3 time and I even phone them and still they won’t give it to me and there rude to the customers as well

Brain damaged individual was told my mail was attempted deliver which was false as I've been sitting by the door all day, I took the attempt delivery card to the post office department of the store and was told I'm unable to pick it up until AFTER 1pm the next day!!! I then called Canada post customer service and both agents said it is out for delivery! So I'm being lied to by either the store employee or Canada post. My friend paid for this to be delivered to ky door as I have mobility issues and now I'm being given the run around giving me major anxiety over my items

Shoppers Drug Mart postal service stinks to high hell. They are control freaks and make threats to send your mail back should you dislike their service. Request all your mail and parcels go through the main office. The attitude and service at Shoppers Drug Mart is pitiful if you express your dissatisfaction with customer service.
