We had an excursion to Ile d'Orleans to book with Quebec Bus Tour and we had to cancel because the bus driver "forgot" to pick us up at the Ambassador Hotel. We had taken a room there to be there in time as we were leaving Repentigny (near Montreal). Quebec Bus Tour has refunded the price of the tour but does not want to refund the cost of the hotel. Nous avions une excursion à l'Ile d'Orléans de réserver avec Québec Bus tour et nous avons été obligés d'annuler parce que le chaufeur de l'autobus a "oublié" de nous prendre à l'hotel Ambassadeur. Nous avions d'ailleurs pris une chambre à cet endroit afin d'être là à temps quisque que nous partions de Repentigny (près de Montréal). Québec Bus Tour a remboursé le prix de l'excursion mais ne veut pas rembourser les frais de l'hotel. Cette sortie était un cadeau pour notre 30ième anniversaire de mariage. Jamais plus je ne réserverai avec eux !!!!!|

We did the Ile d'orleans tour and it was great. Our guide/driver Simon was very nice giving interesting information about the island. All the 5 stops were very good, with the Cassis place the highlight for me. It appears to me that many of the products can be bought in the Grand Marche, but going to the factories and the country side is a complete different experience. The only thing that needs improvement was the Chocolaterie, because they only offered a sample of one type of chocolate with infinite choices available.

Mais y a place à amélioration : 1-si vous pouvez réparer le son et la climatisation dans lautobus 2-mettre deux personnes dans l'autobus une personne qui conduit (qui ne répond pas a des texto au volant et qui ne soit pas obligée de regarder partout pour expliquer les attraits touristiques) une autre qui explique les attraits touristiques et courtois envers les clients. Je pense que le service va être meilleur, bonne chance. Ps: la prochaine fois j'espère que la personne qui conduit va mettre le frein avant de dire au monde qu'ils peuvent débarquer car ma blonde a faillit recevoir la porte de l'autobus en plein visage en descendant.

The location on the map is deceiving, they pick up in several locations in Quebec City. We had a great time on the taste trail tour. We found that each business was unique and wonderful, and we were glad to visit the island. Hearing about its history and culture was very interesting, and we enjoyed the warm atmosphere. JC kept us entertained and was a lot of fun to have as a guide. We would definitely recommend this tour!
