The choice of hotels and menus were very satisfactory with a small flat for the Château Madelinot which should redo its rooms and especially its bathrooms. The tours were very interesting due to our local guide. On the other hand, I had some reservations about our tour guide who did not always kindly answer our questions. It was my second trip with GVQ and I will surely make other trips. (Original) Ma dernière expérience avec le Groupe Voyages Québec à été un voyage fantastique aux Iles de La Madeleine en août 2015. Le voyage s`est effectué à bord d`un autobus de luxe très confortable. Le choix des hôtels et des menus étaient très satisfaisants avec un petit bémol pour le Château Madelinot qui devrait refaire ses chambres et surtout ses salles de bain. Les tours ont été très intéressants due à notre guide local. Par contre, j`ai quelques réserves regardant notre guide accompagnateur qui ne répondait pas toujours aimablement à nos questions. C`était mon second voyage avec GVQ et je ferai sûrement d`autres voyages.

Nous avons acheté un circuit accompagné en autocar , ils ont cancellé le circuit dû à la Covid et nous ont offert une alternative qui ne nous convenaient pas car nous devions engagé des frais supplémentaires dû à l'endroit de départ et voyager même en petit groupe durant la covid nous fait peur . J'avais confiance et je croyais qu'ils nous rembourseraient le dépôt que nous avions donné car on s'entends que les frais n'étaient pas encore engagés pour eux. Et non on nous a offert un crédit, on ne veut pas de crédit on veut notre argent, nous avons acheté quelque chose et nous ne l'avons pas. Plus jamais je ne vais réservé un voyage à l'avance et je ne ferais plus affaire avec cette compagnie. Suite à mon commentaire , on mentionne que la satisfaction de la clientèle est importante et on me demande de les contacter ce que j'ai fait . La personne qui réponds est une téléphoniste qui me demande d'expliquer la situation pour acheminer l'appel me transfère au même agent qui me réponds la même chose. Rien n'a changé......

We only have one chance to serve a client well by listening to them and meeting their needs when they first ask. I would have been better off buying my trip myself on the internet, I would have been better served. I am not interested in doing business with this company again, not even in 2 or 3 years. I. do not want to find myself again with an advisor who listens to himself talk, waste my time, my vacations, my money. For St. Lucia, I saw it, I will not go back. (Original) Suite à la fermeture due à la vente de mon agence de voyage avec laquelle je transigeais depuis plusieurs années et avec laquelle j'ai toujours eu un service 5*. Je me cherchais donc une nouvel endroit de confiance. Au début juillet 2017, je suis allée avec une amie acheter un voyage dans le sud. Ma demande était simple : un hôtel 4.5* à 5* avec un vol direct en vue de me reposer. Je me suis retrouvée dans les Caraïbes à un hôtel que la conseillère disait extraordinaire, que son neveu avait adoré de même que tous les gens qu'elle connaissait qui y avaient été.... Comme elle le disait elle-même, ça dépend comment le voyage est vendu..... Finalement, je me suis retrouvée à Ste-Lucie une destination exotique, dans un hôtel 3.5*, vieillot. Le personnel est plus occupé à vérifier que l on suit les règlements plutôt qu' à s occuper à nous servirJe n'ai pas dormi pendant 3 nuits du à la musique des festivals dans les rues avoisinant l'hôtel, sans compter le transfert interminable à Toronto au retour et le prix plus élevé que prévu. Nous n'avons qu'une chance de bien servir un client en l'écoutant et en répondant à ses besoins lors de sa première demande. J'aurais été mieux d'acheter mon voyage moi-même sur Internet, j'aurais été mieux servie. Je ne suis pas intéressée à refaire affaires avec cette compagnie, ni même dans 2 ou 3 ans. Je. n'ai pas envie de me retrouver à nouveau avec un conseiller qui s'écoute parler, perdre mon temps, mes vacances, mon argent. Pour Ste-Lucie, je l ai vu, je n'y retournerai pas.
