We happened upon the Centre Infotouriste by accident after arriving in Quebec City and were so glad we did. The associate who welcomed us was very helpful. He gave us a map of the city with notes he added while giving us an overview of the walkable attractions and points of interest. He recommended several good restaurants, bars, and tap rooms. We took the walking tour yesterday guided by Mrs. Jocelyne Belleau, who is excellent in talking the city's history, culture, architecture, mural and local cuisine. It's a perfect way to start your visit if it's your 1st time being here. She showed us many 'hidden places' and talked about their history, including a Catholic chapel, an elementary school and architect institute. She answered questions and took care of the group to cross the streets. The tour is scheduled for 2 hours, but she gave us extra 15 minutes. The tour is quite worth the money (US$21).

Perfectly located, well organized information center. There are general information assistants from the city to the right as you walk in. They provide unbiased information on everything in the city and surrounding area. To the left are the specific tour group representatives available to sell you tickets for any of the local tours. In the back are flyers organized by activity. Downstairs are free clean bathrooms. Most tours meet in front of this building and there is free WiFi while you wait.

A good tourist information office in the centre of Old Québec, opposite the Chateau Frontenac. There is lots of information here, and staff are very helpful. You can book tickets for guided walking tours, tours of the Chateau Frontenac, and open top bus tours. Toilets are also available, a necessity for the busy tourist!

We didn't really need any tourist information, but it was great that they have free and clean public restrooms here, especially since there aren't a lot in the area. You don't need to enter the building to access the restrooms - just find the small entrance along Fort Street.

Worse place ever. Got shouted at by the staff so rude. No patience, cant refund. No clear instructions on which bus to get on. Bus numbers and signs so tiny. Signs doesn't even say the destination on what the ticket u bought. Told was a white bus but ends up with a tiny bus with grey strips on the side.
