This is a newly renovated, large, open and bright trendy meeting place. It is located in the old 1906 railway car shop. I especially like the large windows on all sides. There is a number if food vendors which makes this a great place to meet for lunch. Parking is easy and it is right on the waterfront of the City. The atmosphere is open and friendly and one is likely to meet friends here. There are lots of seating areas with tables and the upstairs ares has comfortable couches and chairs.

A beautiful building now they have renovated.now there are various restaurants and a deli that uses island meats and other local products as well.
