We asked about covid testing procedures when flying and the woman on the telephone, quickly in a panic, said to call our airline and hung up on us. Totally unprofessional. We will never use this travel agency for future vacations.

Lobstick Travel is absolutely a great place to book your travels through! If you're planning on traveling while there's restrictions you need to book through a travel agent to receive advice on your trip! Everything is confidential and can't be touched by an agent if you booked yourself. My friends learned this the hard way when they booked their own flight and I went through Lynn. Booking a trip in the time of the pandemic was totally overwhelming to me where I wasn't sure I wanted to travel at all, I wasn't sure where to look for covid protocols, or what I would need when arriving to my destination or getting back to Canada. Lynn provided all the steps I'd need to take with confidence and my trip went swimmingly! Don't ask for free advice from travel agents! Sorry about my friends who kept trying to ask for your service for free! I will be back in the future.
