Thank you for the work you've got a lot with Young Insurance I would like to review my recent experience, Honesty in the last period of time, i changed my car so i wanted to switch my car insurance to the new one, i tried calling Saima to switch that for me but no answer, i went to my email to tell her about this .. she got back to me to ask me to send her the vehicle registration i did send her all info and later on i sent her an email i just wanted to make sure that she did that for me and ask her about the price for my new car insurance she never get back to me.. Later on tried to call her to see if can i now drive or not she started yelling and screaming at me and she said why you call me so many times and messages ..i said i just wanted to know if can i drive my car now or not i dont need any thing else from you.. i did not understand anything from her because she was yelling.. Is it all because i called to see if i could drive or not.. ((she hung up the phone while i was talking )) this is the date of the call Mar.1, afternoon and i hope the company will hear it... i dont like that and i dont like the way thet she get back to who want to ask her. thats all, I hope this changes for the better

They have the best rate for my wife and I around, so I really must give them credit there, however they have perhaps the most dismal record of customer service I have ever had the displeasure of receiving. The agents are EXTREMELY difficult to get ahold of, to the point where I would describe them as 'evasive', and frequently do not respond to phone calls, voicemails, or emails for extended periods of time, if at all. That being said, when you do finally manage to entrap someone into assisting you, they are pleasant and often sort your issue out promptly. As I mentioned above, they provide my wife and I the lowest rate I have been able to find in Niagara. If you want low rates, I'd recommend them. If you want prompt service, go elsewhere and pay a small premium for it.
