My *now* husband and I had decided that a destination wedding would be the best bet for us! Jen was recommended to us by friends and we were so thankful that she was! Throughout the pandemic, we had to change our wedding date four times, have multiple people cancel and re-join, and all sorts of other bumps on the road that she dealt with quickly, effectively, and professionally with humour! She made this entire experience so easy and fun that, even though it took us two years to get there, it didn't feel like a chore! She also helped us pick out the most fantastic resort!! Thank you for making sure our wedding was absolutely magical!

Another great trip down and with Jen's professional help and insight. She was invaluable in providing nformation we needed to feel comfortable to go during these crazy times. Even once we got back she was very helpful with re-entry nformation. We would not plan a trip without using her service ! Friendly and very responsive !

Jen wouldn't answer questions, saying she was too busy helping other customers. She never returned calls. She however found the time to charge for a trip that they refuse to refund and was cancelled 2 days after she billed us. The worst customer service experience Ive ever had.

There were so many questions and concerns that we had while planning, especially during the pandemic. First and for most , Just a big thank for Jen. A year and a half planning a destination wedding and without your experience , organization and amazing customer service it just wouldn't have worked! I contacted Jen probably a week after I got engaged. I found her information on a preferred destination wedding site. I contacted a few other agencies that dealt with the hard rock hotels and after talking to a few - it was a no brainer Jen was the one. From the early planning to the stress of guests , she was always quick to reply, gave her honest opinion, was a excellent help when things were getting stressful and most of all SHE KNOWS HER STUFF. She was 100% committed to helping me in every way ! I cannot stress how much her knowledge made this wedding planning SO SMOOTH. I highly recommend her if you are planning any destination wedding as her service is like no other! Top notch! Thank you Jen for everything you've done for me and my family! You're my go to & i'd recommend you over and over again without hesitation. Can't wait to book our trip back to where all the magic happened!

Sort of booked a trip for wedding. Covid hit. Aircanada refuses to give deposit back although the world was shut down and no flights. Still investigating this. Contacted Jen several times. She could not answer new dates ect. I cancelled. Lost depostit for now and up until last night at 5 did not know new dates. Disappointed in quality of this company. Would not rebook with them as i feel the responce to any question was . deposit is non refundable. I did not really care about deposit or rebooking a new date. I needed the new date as i do travel quite often. Now its just principle of not doing your job and passing the buck to someone else and saying it was their fault I added this to class action suit against Air Canada. Too bad as it started out sort of OK.

Was not able to provide any response for 2 days, (was a weekend), then, while waiting, found exactly the same package for $400 less overall with free seat selection and private transfers. THEN, was scolded for not waiting to deal with Jen. Who scolds potential clients?? Bullies

My husband and I have used Suite Trip Travel from the time they opened their office in Thorold. We have booked many trips thru Jen and have always had great service. I have recommended friends & family and they have also had excellent service. Our last trip was cancelled due to COVID and I was not pleased I would not receive a refund, however when that option changed and Air Transat was issuing a refund, Jen quickly reached out to me and processed my refund. I received it within days! We look forward to booking our future vacations with Jen!
