Went on the 2-hour ride, with my grand daughter. It was her very first time on a horse except for fairground pony rides, and I had not ridden for almost 50 years. Staff was very friendly and helpful with the both of us. The trail was muddy (not their fault, rained all spring), and the guide helped us through the rough spots. We had a WONDERFUL time! My grand daughter wants to go again, and we will certainly plan for another ride in the near future. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved it! I am so afraid of animals so we booked for the private trail. Rhea (our guide) made me much at ease. I rode Oreo who was amazingly obedient and calm and always followed Rhea’s horse. My husband rode Ricky and his horse occasionally did try to snack on grass while we were on trails. Rhea shared much knowledge on the horses and it was a fabulous time riding them and experience horse riding. I loved it when the horses would trot short distances and for the first time I touched and stroked an animal fighting my fears. Thoroughly a memorable experience and cant believe how beautifully tamed and well behaved these creatures were. I wish I could take Oreo home????

Had a nice 1.5 hour Beach Ride with my mom. I've done many trail rides. My horse was Charlie- he was a bit impatient and wanted to get ahead of the horse in front of us but can't blame the guy. It was my mom's first time riding a horse, and she got Earl and he was very gentle as far as I could tell. During this ride, there are a number of short trots but mostly the horses are walking. The best part of the ride is when we got to the beach area. We got to stop for about 5 minutes or so, they lined up our horses and took photos for us with our cell phone camera. Careful not to drop it in the water! Overall the experience was good. The only thing is mom and I were placed all the way in the back of a ride with probably about 15-20 people, and whatever the guide up front was saying, we couldn't hear. There were larger groups who reserved the same time slot who were placed up to the front of the line. Another couple was placed near the end of the line too. I think it would be nicer for small groups or couples to be placed in the front so that we don't feel like we're lost and forgotten in the back. Not much interaction with the guides at the back of the line which took away from the experience a bit. We may come again.

I have to say our experience with Horseplay Niagara was just wonderful. Our guide was knowledgable and very forthcoming with tips to make our ride as enjoyable as possible. The curio shop was stocked with amazing stuff our child was very interested in and we got a couple souvenirs. All Scarlet can talk about is going back to ride and I have to admit we are looking forward to our next trip.

This place is located in a nice and quiet location. Staff was way more than welcoming and helping. Most people in our group were the first time riders, they explained everything we needed to know in an elaborate way. There were 3 guides and they gave instructions, talked about horses and made the trip wonderful. Everything was properly sanitized. They even had their own guard cat at the place.

Best horse trail riding! This is our second time visiting the area, the horses are all so gentle! Reservations for riding times need to be booked beforehand (especially during Covid times) and keep in mind that some rides might be pricier than others (sunset rides, beach trails, etc.) There are strict safety guidelines and a specific order where different horses will be placed so it is recommended you read the instructions sign and make sure you or your family can control the force used to steer or stop your horses. Would definitely recommend riding horses during the spring or summer as you will be taken onto the beach for a little splash of water! Great place to experience some fun with animals and nature with family and friends!

I am definitely a less experienced rider compared to my wife, and Maria was extremely accommodating of both of our ride styles, which was just so wonderful. Before I visited Horseplay, I called several times to get information, the girl that answered the phone was rude on 2 occasions. Her tone was short and she was not willing to give information about the ride easily. Not helpful at all. When we all showed up there I realized running shoes were a bad idea as everything was muck. I was told it would be a tour of 10 which was perfect because we were celebrating a bday. There was 17 in my tour. It makes me wonder because there were so many in the tour some of the horses were not cooperating, I was behind Oreo, made my ride hard to enjoy because this horse gave the rider a difficult time. When we were seated guickly on the horses, my 3 kids leg stirups were not adjusted properly and thru out the ride they had terrible knee and leg pain. The ride itself to the beach was ok. When we stopped for pictures I expected pictures to be taken with my family along the beach like on there website. Its nothing like that. The guides were nice enough altho very structured and blunt. My kids legs and knees are killing them still. I hope they are not injured. The helmuts stunk so bad, made my ride unenjoyable. You can buy treats for the horses but you are not alliowed to feed them in case they bite, so you buy the treat and put the treat in a bucket and the horse takes it from the bucket, you are not told that until after you purchase the treat for $2.00. Great for a new visit. Would never go back. I just read your response Kathy and quite frankly I am not impressed. There was not a single second where my kids could get there straps adjusted. The guides were up and down trying to control the 17 horses. Your response has made me feel bitter. I find it interesting how you answer my concerns without offering any type of compensation. Shame on you ! I will never return.

Booked the beach ride for 6 of us: 4 adults and 2 teens (all first-time riders except for two). Everyone enjoyed it! Lynn was a super wonderful guide and helped ensure our ride was just right, regularly checking in on us. Wish the beach part was longer but we enjoyed it while we could. Super fun! Tip: wear thick leggings or pants. My gym leggings didn’t have enough padding for my comfort and I got a small thorn pierce through while riding through the trails. I see why cowboys wore jeans!

I took my daughter and her friend here last month for the beach ride. It was absolutely wonderful! I think I enjoyed it more than the kiddos! It was a beautiful day! We plan to go back for a winter experience. I think the only downfall is the drive from Toronto. But it was worth it.

Great ride for our family of four (with kids aged 8 and 9). The guides were friendly, helpful, and obviously knew how to manage horses. The horses were clearly well-trained and I got the sense that they could do the jaunt in their sleep which helped me feel very secure. We hit some wide trails, wound through paths in the trees and even got to walk the horses into Lake Ontario which felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Finally, we did get to ride the horses at a trot rather than just walking the whole time and that was also super fun.

About as good as trail riding gets. Professional guides, nice scenery, good duration (our party took the Beach ride). It's certainly true what they say that "no experience is required". I was the only one in my group with riding experience, but my rookie friends had a great time. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Niagara Region that wants to tick off horseback riding off their "bucket list".

It was ok. I get they have rules and need to make the logistics work for everyone, but we had a private ride and it was not overly busy. We were 10 minutes late (tried to call but as others said, they don't answer). On top of that, they used some of the time for a photo for social media. They should ask that prior to save time. My wife is not on social, does not like her images posted but didn't feel comfortable saying no. The guide (perhaps the owner) seemed grumpy and was hard to hear (didn't speak direct to them, but away as he looked forward). They enjoyed them selves but far from a 5 star experience.

Friendly staff and well organized. The horses looked clean and healthy and happy. They have 2 washrooms and a cute gift shop that also has drinks and snacks. I'm only deducting one star because part of the trail went through some farmland that was littered with garbage - discarded clothes and a broken laundry basket which distracted from the experience momentarily. Overall a cool experience.

Great place for trail riding for beginners and for those seeking advanced thrills. The best part is that all their horses are rescues, well trained and confident ones at that. They're basically giving second chances to these amazing animals. Couldn't think of a better way to enjoy and give back to the community at the same time.

Booked the private tour here to surprise the fiance. We are experienced horse back riders (English) and like to canter and trot whenever possible. The horses are mostly mennonite buggy horses picked up at auction. Not the fastest but really solid, well mannered, comfortable and easy to ride. The views were pretty astounding over all. Be prepared for plenty of wetlands and mud however. I would book this again.

My sister and I came here for our birthday. We've had our own horses for many years, but wanted to experience riding on the beach. The booking process was very easy and straightforward, the office/gift shop was nice, and I liked the fact that you can rent a rain jacket if you do not have one. They provide helmets for all riders, we brought our own which they checked to be sure they were certified. The ride, and our guide Ashley, we're awesome. The trails were well maintained, and the beach was beautiful. My only issues with HorsePlay Niagara was the condition of our horses. The gelding I rode, Daytona, was very foot sore especially on the rocky terrain we encountered, which made it difficult for him to keep up with the other two horses at a trot and canter. My sisters horse, Link, was covered in rain rot, a fungal infection. We also witnessed several horses leave on the trail ride after us that were visibly lame at the walk. All in all, we had a great time, but the horses could use a little extra attention.

Not a fun place at all. Especially if you know how to ride even a little bit. Too much rules and regulations for no apparent reason. The horses are gonna follow each other anyway, no matter what you do. You could ride hands free if you wanted (and we did). It's better to just go mountain biking there or maybe bring an ATV if possible. Much more fun!

Very family friendly. Our two kids (ages 6 and 9) had never ridden horses before and I had not been on one in many years. The staff was friendly and helpful. The guild lead our 6 year old's horse and the 1 hour ride was just perfect. The on trail part was fun for looking around and trotting a bit. The part that went off the main trail was interesting, but never made anyone feel nervous. I can't speak for those who ride regularly, but for a family that wants to go an a relaxing yet entertaining ride I recommend Horseplay.

To preface this review myself and my sister have owned horses for over a decade. My sister booked a one hour beach trail ride for us for our birthday. The ride itself was so much fun. The trails were beautiful the two geldings we rode were well behaved and Ashley our trail guide was very nice and answered all of our questions. My only issue with Horseplay was the health of the horses. The gelding I rode named Link had a terrible fungal infection all over his bum and my sisters gelding Daytona would take lame steps (pained) over any hard groud which there was a lot of. All in all I had a great time at HorsePlay. I've always wanted to ride in a beach, I just wish a bit more effort went in to the care of the horses.

Great experience at Horseplay with our family today! The staff were excellent: very friendly and knowledgeable. The horses were very well trained, and even our first-time riders (kids) were able to manage just fine. The 1.5 hour trail ride was perfect --we got to ride on paths, through wooded areas, on a beach and even in the water. COVID measures in place made us feel very safe.

We went on the 1 1/2 hour beach ride..My son and I had a really good time.. The guides were friendly and helpful.. Very willing to answer questions and offer assistance.. The horses were well taken care of.. It was very warm out and the guides don't push the horses too hard.. Mostly walking with occasional trotting.. Interesting trail to the beach and in the water.. The ride back was mostly thru the bush.. So not as enjoyable.. One of the guides told us that all but 1 of the horses they use for trail rides are rescues.. Pretty awesome that they were saved from the meat market!!

Great time. We did the 1.5 hr walk/trot . Went down on the lake and into it. They took great photos of us on our horses in the water. My kids are 9 and they really catered to them being young and being new riders. My husband and I have also went to horseplay punta cana and herded cows to the water to drink. Learned how chocolate is made and coffee and shown where and what they look like right off of the tree. Was an amazing time ! Both of them. Would 100% recommend this place!!

Had an AMAZING !!! Experience at Horseplay Niagara . We drove all the way from Buffalo New York to treat ourselves, since my friend and I both of us were celebrating our birthday weekend together , but We made a mistake on our reservation and booked on the wrong day and time . Even though they didn’t had to but the staff offered us to ride on the same day but at a different time . Well behaved horses , friendly staff made us all feel at home . I loved when we went to the beach and the staff took our pictures for us . It was my first time riding and definitely won’t be my last . I’m definitely returning again . I HIGHLY !!! Recommend this place . You’ll not regret and it’s worth every penny . ( PS My Horse was Harley Aka Snack Monster lol and my friend had The Hawk ) Thanks to the staff at Horseplay Niagara for making our ride soo memorable.

We took a romantic 1.5 hour walk/trot to make Erie during the sunset. It was a beautiful, scenic, and informative experience. I learned a bit about horses and a bit about the berries growing in the area, but my favorite part was standing in lake Erie while on a horse. Very memorable experience and no silly walks in circles. You want a ride, you got a scenic ride...did I mention that everyone is super friendly? Our guide was kind enough to take tons of pictures and anyone who knows me knows that I love pictures. So thank you HorsePlay Niagara for this amazing experience!

An amazing place to go for a trail ride. We had a party of two, me beginner and one more advanced and it was perfect for both of us. Our guide was lovely and we really enjoyed the experience. We rode for about an hour, which we found to be the perfect time. The horses were well behaved and calm, and we were even able to trot for a while. I would definitely come here again.

(Translated) Nice, on the other hand if you want to trot or gallop, make an individual walk eventually but not in a group. The horses are formatted, you could sleep on it, it would not change anything is a shame. We arrive, we ride on the horse and go. We explain to the right to go to the right etc. etc. My saddle was too small and caches in front of the stirrups that hurt my ankles (Original) Sympa, par contre si vous voulez trotter ou galoper, faites une balade individuelle éventuellement mais pas en groupe. Les chevaux sont formatés, vous pourriez dormir dessus, ça ne changerait rien c'est bien dommage. On arrive, on monte sur le cheval et c'est parti. On vous explique a droite pour aller a droite etc etc. Ma selle etait trop petite et des caches devant les étriers qui m'ont blessé les chevilles

I have made it a tradition for the past 3 years to do an 1 1/2 hour advanced ride with Horseplay Niagara. Every guide I get is always professional and friendly. They are always willing to get some galloping time in when the trails are safe. The horses always have energy and seem well taken care of. Would recommend for anyone, especially advanced riders wanting some galloping time out on trails!

Took my children 9 and 11 here for their first horseback riding experience. My son was quite nervous at first but our guide was amazing with them both and made us all feel at ease. Furthermore, all of ours horses were gentle and very responsive. Finally, all staff members were quite pleasant!

We got there without making an appointment which wasn't very smart, but they still accommodated us so well (it was a one hour ride for two by the lake). The instructor was an amazing tour guide and taught us how to control the horses really well... as well as made us feel so welcome to the beautiful scenic neighbourhood. I can't wait to go back!

I brought my 2 daughters here for my daughters 12th birthday. I spent quite a few hours on the phone trying to make reservations and they needed a credit card to hold the reservation. We tried a few cards that had plenty of funds and it wasn't working in their system. Even had my mom call with hers but it didn't work either. They finally told us when we got there they were having computer problems. They did let us make our reservation because we called 3 times and were trying to make it work. The woman/owner on the phone felt like we would show up. I did find her extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. The package/ride we purchased was a beach ride and the photos online looked really beautiful and promising. I was expecting a sandy beach stroll at some point since that's what it implied and photos showed. It really WAS a beautiful and nice ride, but not exactly what was portrayed in the photos. We went on a group ride with about 45 people and only 3 guides which I found odd but hey, we are game to try anything once. We rode through some trails, along the side of the road, and then got to stroll in some murky water by rocks and trees. Not exactly the beachy photos that were portrayed but still we had fun. The girls had fun and that's whats most important. I grew up on a horse farm, raising, riding, training and taking care of horses so this was nothing new to me but I long for that life and try to have my kids experience it as much as possible. I would probably come back there and do it again if I wasn't treated so rudely by the older man who I'm guessing is the husband/owner. When I was first on my horse and still attached to the fence the horse was pinning me a bit between the fence and the horse. So I just pulled back his reigns lightly to try and get him to move back so my leg wasn't being pinned. He saw me and yelled at me to not pull on the reigns. I tried to explain WHY I did it (and I was NOT hurting the horse. It's barely a pull compared to riding) but he ignored me. We did fill our waivers explaining our experience but I'm sure with 45 new people he had no idea of knowing who had what experience. So I just shrugged it off. Our 3 guides were all amazing and very friendly. I enjoyed them very much. They took pictures for us as we were in the water. Our waivers stated we were allowed to take photos while stopped/standing. So when we got back and I was on my horse just sitting, not moving, I took some photos of my daughters on the horses and getting off. The same older man said to me in a sarcastic tone "You can get a ticket riding one handed on the road." So I was trying to de-esculate the situation and just joke with him saying "well I guess it's a good thing I'm not riding on the road." Then he snaps back "Its also illegal to ride drunk." ???? What was that supposed to mean? I felt he was insinuating something. So I said "what? Who is drinking or drunk? Whats that have to do with anything?" What a weird time to say something like that. We all got off our horses and were leaving he was saying goodbye to everyone as we passed through the fence and my kids said goodbye and thank you. I said yes, today is my daughters 12th birthday so this was her birthday gift. He says to me in front of them, "Oh well you should have bought her a private trail ride then. It would have been a better experience." I'm just flabbergasted at this point as he's suggesting I didn't do enough for her? I can't believe this is how you treat paying customers. It wasn't cheap. It was $220 canadian for the 3 of us. He had not one nice thing to say. When we were putting our helmets back and conversing with another family we were talking about how lovely it was except for 1 grumpy person. She said "Tell me about it." From what she told me he was pretty rude to her and her entire family too. There are so many places to ride out here so I dont think ill be patronizing this place again unfortunately. I feel I was judged for having tattoos or something. I'm not sure but it was certainly uncomfortable.

My third time to Niagara Falls, found this hidden Gem during our trip. One and a half hour horseback experience at a very reasonable price. The view along the trail was marvelous. Took me some time to get used to the occasional trotting, but it’s so much fun!

Had an amazing time this is a great place. It was a first for both of us. I was a little nervous about getting on and off the horse. They made it super easy and the whole thing was a blast. You can tell the horses are well loved and taken care of and they have wonderful personalities. The staff was kind and helpful. Rebecca was our guides name (I'm pretty sure) and she was just great. All the horses are very healthy looking. I expected on my arrival to have to get used to the "farm smell" but didn't experience that at all. We went on a 2 hour ride. I got to ride a wonderful gentle giant named Sam. We went along sides of fields, through woods and along the sides of some roads. The midpoint was at the lake where the horses went through the edge of the water several times - stopping so photos could be taken and the staff offering to take pictures of your group. It was wonderful being on the horses and in the water. Several times we went at a trot which of course can be a bit jarring if you're not a regular rider. Make sure you wear long pants! All in all a fantastic experience!

My husband and I, came here for our anniversary, we were lucky and got a private ride , by chance, it was my first time on a horse. Staff were friendly and made me feel confident and comfortable on the horse , as I was nervous . Georgi, my horse was great ! It was such a lovely relaxing 2 hr trail ride, amber our guide,was awesome!. Can’t wait to bring our daughter! And I also love the little town , cars are considerate and move out of the road for the horses and riders , everyone waves at you . Great location ! Update : came back with my daughter , and her friends, Rachel our guide must of HAd a long day, and was not friendly with the children at all. They attached my daughter to her horse even though she was not nervous or timid , and said it was until she got comfortable on the horse which was fine with me because it was her first time . Towards the end, I asked if she could try on her own before the ride ended, and she gave me a blank stare and said NO! I was taken back at how rude she was when the kids would ask questions. I understand the guides work very hard, in hot weather , for long hours , but it is not fair to customers who come to have a new special experience, to be treated wih a grumpy guide . I could definitely tell she was ready to clock off! We still had a nice experience . Maria is a great guide , friendly and enthusiastic!

My partner and I's booked the 90 min beach experience and it was amazing. The horses are well trained and we felt safe the entire ride. The trail we went along was very nice and the views at the beach were beautiful. They are mindful of COVID guidelines and were maintaining appropriate distances between guests and sanitizing all the equipement. If you're in the area, I 100% recommend this even with children

What a great experience!! I highly suggest the private ride. I brought my best friend for her birthday and we did a one hour private ride. Our guide Rachel was awesome! She answered all our horse related questions and very friendly and knowledgeable! Our horses were Charlie & Link (what cuties)! They walked great! We will definitely be back!

I went on a one hour ride. It is enjoyable for somebody who has never experienced a horse back ride but as other reviewers have mentioned it is a very basic ride down a flat rail trail. The staff is very friendly and the scenery is nice.

A friend and I came here in March and to be honest it was terrible customer service. The friend and I paid prior (already pricey) for a 1.5 beach group ride. We were coming from Toronto so we arrived 15 minutes late to our session, but before hand we tried to call 3x to let them know we were going to be a bit late BUT NO ONE PICKED UP. Once we arrived a lady (who I can't remember the name of sadly but brunette hair and a unkind face) rudely informed us we were late and there was literally no possible way for us to join the group or for any of the millions of people who work there, to take us. Instead she has the audacity to charge us extra $20 each for a private horse ride that now is only 1 hour long and is not on the beach. So not only was she rude, inconsiderate but also technically robbed and ripped us off. Will not be returning.

I had a great experience doing a beach trail ride here with my boyfriend. Even though I'm an experienced rider and he's not, we both had a fantastic time. The horses went down to the beach where we got a few photos taken. On the way there and back, the group would alternate between walking and trotting along a straight trail. Overall, the place was very scenic with helpful staff that accommodate riders of all levels. A challenging, fun, and rewarding experience!

I came here this past summer with my girlfriend while hanging out in wine country. Best horse riding experience I've had. Staff was very friendly knowledgeable and the horses were SO well behaved! The scenery was unbeatable, I would definitely return for some relaxing riding on the beach. We passed the owner on our walk and he had no hesitation correcting one of our groups rider's on their conduct. As a person who works with animals, I really appreciated that because you know how much they care about the horses well being!

Beautiful ride through the trans-canada trail during Fall. Absolutely loved the experience. The lady at the welcome area and our guide (Tiffany) both were extremely warm. Tiffany also happily answered all our questions about the horses and gave us a great tour of the area. Only wish we could take more pictures and stop for a longer time at the beach.

My first time riding a horse was from this place. It popped my horse riding cherry and I loved it long time. Great views of things city-folk don't see often and kewl experience. Remember to tip your tour guide for taking great pictures of you. But if you didn't like the pics or don't have cash, then don't make eye contact... like you would if you saw your ex on your way to a public bathroom after eating lots of Mexican food.

I was very disappointed in the horseback riding my family experienced when we took the 1-1/2 hour beach ride. We were assigned horses but given no information on how to ride the horse (ex. reins, what if the horses ears pin back, how do they listen to you, commands). The path was littered with trash and I was worried because the horses were stepping on aluminum cans, loose rocks and tree branches. One of the guides was also unpleasant. She would shame riders that horses were too close together, too far apart or eating along the path.. then we would see her horse eating. It wasn't my first time on a horse but it was the first time I did not enjoy a ride. Thankfully the horses were beautiful and appeared well taken care of. I was very disappointed in the "experience". My parents are heading to the Falls next month and asked about our experience, unfortunately I could not recommend.

If you enjoy horseback riding, you'll enjoy it. But it's not a beach ride. It's a long dusty road and some trails, plus your horse will walk into Lake Erie on a submerged stone outcropping. It's not the place for a memorable ride. So if you like horses, go. You'll have a good time. If you want a bucket list vacation experience, look elsewhere.

We took the 2-hour beach adventure ride. You ride down a mix of rail trail, woods, scrub brush, along quiet roads to the beach and back. This particular ride is good for beginners (they have advanced rides too). So much fun. We will definitely be back to ride again!

We just had the most amazing time at HorsePlay Niagara. Our trail guide Grace was extremely attentive to our 7 year old/first time rider. She was informative, kind and so much fun! All of our horses were fantastic and they are clearly well cared for and loved at the farm. The beach trail is a beautiful ride, very scenic. There is a cute little mini-putt to keep the littles busy while waiting to go. Awesome all around, we highly recommend that you see for yourself!

If I could I wouldn’t give them any stars whatsoever! Came all the way from Pennsylvania and our flight was delayed so I called them before I got there and told them I’m going to be late. They said to just get here as soon as possible. They never told me that if I didn’t show up 15-30 minutes prior that I would lose my money that I paid for 2 people. When I get there she tells me that I can wait for another one that is less than what I paid for an I would have to wait over 3 hours or I can wait 2 hours and pay for another package that is more expensive. The lady was rude the whole time I was talking to her and treating my like trash. I can see if the lady told me the this information before I drove almost an hour from the airport that I wouldn’t get my money back. I told her again that we came all the way from Pennsylvania for my wife’s birthday and this is how she treats her customers. No consideration whatsoever!!

Great ride, we took the 2 hour ride - scenery was great - loved going down to the beach and into the water. There was only my friend and I and the guide. Definitely not boring - not like some places where all you do is walk around a farmer's field. The guide was friendly and interesting. The horses were well behaved, calm and comfortable. Would love to go back in the fall when the leaves have changed. Will be recommending it to my friends.

Could not recommend this place enough. My boyfriend surprised me with a 1.5 hour private advanced trail ride and it was perfect. Our horses, Whinny & Link, were lovely and an absolute joy to ride. Our guide, Tony, was very friendly and taught us a lot about the history and agriculture of the area. Though my boyfriend and I have different riding experience, Tony made sure we were both happy with the pace of the ride. As an advanced rider, it's difficult to find a place where we're allowed to canter and gallop, so I will most definitely be back for more rides at HorsePlay Niagara!

Horseplay Niagara is an amazing place to go horseback riding. I love all the parts especially when we went along Lake Erie and the view was stunning. We had two guides and both of them were good and made sure all the riders were safe. Horses were well trained and behaved. I strongly recommend this place to all the riders.

Put my 9 year old on the horse, gave her the basic instructions and she had a great time. Of course now she wants me to pay for lessons.....

I came here for a beach trail with a friend and we both enjoyed the entire experience. Our guide Tiffany was very friendly, patient, and informative. I've never riden a horse before but the instructions were simple and my lovely horse knew exactly what to do anyways. The entire trail was beautiful, there was a variety of scenes to enjoy, and it didn't feel too short of a ride. I would definitely recommend this place and return again.

Horseplay Niagara is awesome! The great experience started prior to our arrival when they were super quick with answering all my questions by text. We were greeted by their cute barn cat upon arrival. The guide and owner were great with getting us all situated on our horses and this is the only place around that will take kids as young as 6 on a trail ride. We paid almost $600 for poor service！On the way back，my boyfriend got cut by a branch and we asked for a car to drive us back and also asked for a band-aid. The owner come with a very bad attitude，She yell to my boyfriend：“Why do you need a band-aid？”and she also said why he reacted too much？？？I really don’t think this is the right way to treat their customers when something really happened and you already pay them they will change their attitude. I think it is irresponsible. Also，the owner keep asking my boyfriend why we think her attitude is bad，now I want her to know，For example，When you send your child to school，the child accidentally falls down while playing with his classmates. and he is in great pain. At the first time, the teach should said:“Are you ok? Do you need any help?” Someing like that, but not to said you are overreacting. In this case，My boyfriend is just like this child and the owner is plays the role of the teacher. As consumers, we do not ask to be cared, but we should not be reprimanded. Because of this first time experience, my boyfriend has a shadow of riding... I feel very upset and angry to this experience. I hope they can be nice to their customers in the future and take care of everyone‘s safety.
