(Translated) I took about a 15-20 minute seaplane tour, you can see all of Montreal from above. The whole thing lasted about an hour. We get to the seaplane by small boat on a floating dock in the middle of the river. Just the boat ride is an experience to be lived. We got a little water because it was going fast in the waves, but nothing traumatic. The experience was great. I experienced it in summer 2018 and will surely do it again the next time I go on vacation to Montreal. (Original) J’ai fait un tour d’hydravion d’environ 15-20 minutes, on voit tout Montréal de haut. Le tout a duré environ une heure. On se rend à l’hydravion en petit bateau sur un quai flottant au milieu du fleuve . Juste le trajet en bateau est une expérience à vivre. On a reçu un peu d’eau car ça allait vite dans les vagues, mais rien de traumatisant. L’expérience était super. Je l’ai vécu en été 2018 et je vais sûrement le refaire la prochaine fois que je vais en vacances à Montréal.

Horrible service don't recommend staff is rude yet quick to book ur money after the ride they charged my friend money for "damages" to the jet ski ( none visible said to him either pay 100 now or take changed they send to the shop and il be 300 + basically saying that they were giving him a deal ) he didn't wanna make a fuss cuz they got agitated the staff and threaten to call the cops cuz he (was from out of town ) super shaddy place and staff I don't recommend find other places.

So darn disappointed. Our appt was 5:15 (they took our payment info) arrived 4:40pm. Got there and there was no record of our appointment, but had our payment info!! So worked in, no problem, we thought. Over an hour later the other group showed back up to the dock with the skis. Apparently they set us up to go out with a group... 2 guys (jerks) and a girl. Another couple, a single guy and us. We spent the majority of the time with the guide telling us to ride around and play because he had to chase down and fuss at the jerks. He almost made them go back to the dock but the girl with them calmed the situation. At least 6 times the guide had to round them up and yell at those guys. So the rest of us just kind of rode around in circles. We didn't get a "tour" or certainly not a ride past the site of the dock. Then out of frustration the Guide took us back after 30 minutes when we paid for 45 minutes. It freaking sucked, I actually felt bad for the guide. But then I just got mad!!! Luckily we have experience with a jet ski and water crafts. We just wanted to see the island and the bridges and shore line from the perspective of the river. It sucked!!! Our appointment was 5:15pm Sunday 17-Sept-2017! The guy at the desk was intense and not customer friendly and the poor guide seemed overwhelmed!

These dudes are honestly super relaxed and respectful. As long as you follow their rules you will have an awesome time and get a chance to really open up the motor. Our guide was great, scenery was majestic, and the skis in great shape. The owner on the dock seemed a bit agitated by us, but that may have been because we showed up late :) ..... we'll take the blame for that one! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I took a 1.5 hour tour of the Boucherville Islands with my spouse as a passenger as a first experience on a marine motorbike which was a very bad choice. I should have taken a 45minute instead. The waves on the seaway were thick and at maximum speed to follow the guide more than 150m from us so that the fatigue in the arms and legs to compensate for the shock of each wave we made sure that the outing that I thought pleasant and relaxed with my sweet turned into unpleasant physical endurance for 1 hour. Brief experiences to do for anyone in good physical condition if not ask to go to the La prairie basin where the water is calm if you want something more relaxed as your first time. Also if you do not want your passenger to put their face in your back with each big wave I advise you to take each one a motorbike for more pleasures (Original) L'expérience était bien mais plusieurs bémols. J'ai pris un 1h30 du tour des îles de boucherville avec ma conjointe en passagère comme première expérience en moto marine qui a ete un très mauvais choix. J'aurai du prendre un 45minutes a la place. Les vague sur la voie maritimes étaient asser grosse et a vitesse maximales pour suivre le guide a plus de 150m de nous a fait en sorte que la fatigue dans les bras et les jambe pour compensé pour le choque de chaque vague on fait en sorte que la sortie que je pensais agréable et relaxe avec ma douce se sont transformé en endurance physique désagréable pendant 1h00. Breff expériences a faire pour personne en bonne conditions physique sinon demander a aller dans le bassin de La prairie ou l'eau est calme si vous voulez quelque chose de plus relaxe comme première fois. Aussi si vous ne souhaitez pas que vôtre passagère se pette la face dans vôtre dos a chaque grosse vague je vous conseille de prendre chaqu'un une moto pour plus de plaisirs

The place is pretty cool and chill and their staff is don nice. The owner is pretty nice and make the arrangements for our group besides his busy and packed schedule for the weekend. Instructor is a young guy and you don’t even need to think once while you re speeding. He is pretty chill with that. All in all would like to come back and do once more

We followed all the rules guide instructed and our jet ski dash sightly due to number confusion. It was very minor and guide said ok and continued tour. After 10 mins (he got a call and might be other customer waiting for next tour) ,he said we are rejecting you and taking back. It is completely irradiated and disappointed. We tried explained to owner she threatened to call police. Very rude Management.

For the tour itself, we went for an early morning hike with my friend (2h tour) and it broke out; in addition the view is super impressive. There is a moment during the tour where you can enjoy our personal watercraft, take pictures, etc. It's a big + because that's when we had the most fun. P.s little advice, take a tour of 2 hours minimum! 1h is in my opinion too short, you will find that it passes quickly and you may be disappointed. Il y a des casiers verrouillés à disposition pour laisser nos affaires. Pour le tour en lui-même, on a fait la randonné lève-tôt avec mon ami (tour de 2h) et on c'est éclaté; en plus la vue est super impressionnante. Il y a un moment durant le tour ou l'on peux profiter librement de nos motomarines, prendre des photos, etc. C'est un gros + car c'est à ce moment qu'on a eu le plus de plaisir. P.s petit conseil, prenez un tour de 2h au minimum! 1h est selon moi trop court, vous allez trouver que ça passe vite et vous serez peut-être déçu. Merci Wet Set, on se revoit bientôt;)

My friend and I are jet ski tour guides in NYC, so needless to say we're experienced. We did the 3 hour tour and got to see some nice, scenic places. The guide let us mess around a bit too. There was plenty of freedom to do the tour the way we wanted which was fantastic. Thanks for a good time!
