The terminal was only open to use the washroom. ID needed to be presented even though I was already checked in. We sat for almost 2 hours before we could get checked in. No washroom was easily available during the wait in line even though we were to arrive early. I hope they improve the system.

Very well organized. Great boarding. Helpful staff. We had a 4 bunk cabin for the overnight crossing. It was very, very good. The Three Sisters Express (restaurant) in the terminal was better than many restaurants I have been to. My compliments to all.

Unable to move around due to the pandemic, had to stay in our room but no wifi available outside the common areas and no TV in room either. Spent 45 min in a Covid check line (1 of 11 lines of about 40 cars each) with 1 guy and a clip board checking people while a handful of other staff stood around chatting with each other.

(Translated) I tried several times to have a bunk with reservations of up to 2 months and there was never a free bunk. As I am a sick person it is problematic. During my crossing of August 15, 2019 the healthiness left something to be desired. The men's toilets were covered with urine on the floors and occasionally on the seats. I went to several and there was no improvement. For over $ 350 it is extremely disappointing. (Original) J'ai tenté à plusieurs reprises d'avoir une couchette et ce avec des tentatives de réservation allant jusqu'à 2 mois et jamais il n'y avait de couchette libre. Comme je suis une personne malade c'est problématique. Lors de ma traversée du 15 août 2019 la salubrité laissait à désirer. Les toilettes des hommes étaient couvertes d'urine sur les planchers et à l'occasion sur les sièges. Je suis passé à plusieurs et il n'y avait aucune amélioration. Pour plus de 350$ c'est extrêmement décevant.

Not particularly scenic at the terminal, but very interesting mountains and military installations in the harbour.

We took the short ferry to Newfoundland and then the longer overnight ferry back. Capacity constraints on both ferries and many ferry services and spaces closed or reduced. The great staff gave great instructions to get checked-in and boarded properly. Designated smoking at back of main building (accessed from inside or by walking around the outside). There are several picnic tables at the front and back of the building).

A smaller ferry terminal, little in food or souvenir stands.

Very efficient loading and unloading. Friendly staff. The rooms were clean and we appreciated them immensely. The waters were choppy for the first few hours so some of us made good use of the barf bags.

The best run tje company offers. Better all around experience for the passengers, offering more freedom to roam the ship and offers more entertainment.

The ferry terminal was clean, bright, and as usual, everyone there was very friendly. Security was doing their job checking everybody's ID and boarding passes. All Covid protocols were being followed. The only complaint was it was a freezing cold, windy day. I don't think Marine Atlantic can do anything to help with that, though.

Very welcoming staff. Easy to get around the ferry. Great for pictures. Good food and priced very reasonably. Cabin was very clean. Journey was very smooth. We loaded on and off very easily. Recommend!!
