Things started off a little rocky, we didn't jive with your guide and the group we were with wasn't quite in our age range. Panicked, the one day we had for wineries was slipping away from us, we called the office. Immediately they came to pick us up in a private SUV and literally saved the day. We had been to a number of the winery's that happened to be planned for our tour that day. We ended up being able to go to every other winery we wanted, and more. Great customer service is exactly what we got and I can't say more about it. Highly recommend this company as they really did right by us.

We have a wonderful experience! Covid protocols were in place and our guide was extremely knowledgeable regarding the wineries in the area, the best wines, etc. I highly recommend using their services, especially if you plan to taste wine all day.

This wine tour was enjoyable, but I do not believe it was worth the cost. We went to 4 different wineries/vineyards, each of which offered 3 -5 1 oz. tastings of various wines. The method of transportation to and from each winery was a small touring vehicle that sat up to 15 people. It was mostly comfortable and the driver was friendly and knowledgable. The fact is, one could have easily done this tour independently for approximately one quarter of the price. Each winery was between 5 and 10 minutes away, making the need for a touring vehicle questionable, especially if one were to bike. Actually, a larger adult with a sufficiently high tolerance for alcohol would be able to drive themselves to and from each winery and remain within the legal blood-alcohol limit. Lastly, very little food was offered at all for the four hours that this tour lasted. There was a frugal amount of crackers or cheese at maybe two of the wineries, but hardly enough to feed a mouse. If you're interested in seeing the wineries of Prince Edward County, don't go on a paid, facilitated wine tour -- do a little bit of research as to where you'd like to go and plan your own way. It will be much more enjoyable.

We booked the half day on a girls trip (4 of us) on a Thursday and had a great time as the wineries were not that busy. Our driver Mitch pulled up in a limo which was a great start to a fun afternoon. Mitch picked his favourite wineries to bring us to and did not disappoint with Sandbanks, Harwood and Huff Estates being our favourites out of the five we visited. I highly recommend using PEC Wine Tours.

We booked a thursday half day tour in late October and can't speak more highly of our experience! My significant other and I went on a tour with just two other people we didn't know and had an excellent time. Cathie, our guide, was so friendly and knowledgable and really made the experience even better with her little bits of information. I highly suggest booking outside of the summer months and on a week day as I can imagine it gets quite busy. We had most places all to ourselves and really got to know each vineyard and the wines well. If you are booking with PEC Wine Tours make sure to ask for Cathie!

We had a blast on our Prince Edward County Wine Tour. Our driver was prompt, friendly, & knowledgeable about the region & its wineries. We got the limo treatment because it was just us & one other couple on the tour. The driver took time to find out what we were interested in tasting & built our afternoon itinerary around that. We ended up beginning with a stop at Barley Days brewery where we were regaled with stories of beer-making by our server. Our group was very pleased with the wineries we visited & the time we had to stay & enjoy each one. Would definitely recommend this tour as a carefree way to access some of the best wineries in this emerging region.

We had a group of 8 for a Bachelorette Party and everyone agreed it was a great time. The booking process was easy, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and they didn't mind when we had a couple ladies drop out the weeks leading up. Cory was our driver, he was on time, knowledgable and an amazing driver! He took us to some great wineries, his limo was comfy and overall we just had an amazing time on Saturday! Thanks, Cory!

Had a great time in PEC with my husband for our anniversary! We had Chris as our driver and although he was new to the company at the time, he did a fantastic job and brought a unique perspective to the region. All the wineries we went to were amazing and the small group tour was much more intimate and friendly than the bigger groups we've been with in Niagara. A+ for the quality of wine as well - we definitely went home with a lot!

customer service & booking experience was terrible. Rude on the phone, just took my payment and was going to hang up with me without providing details. When I asked the time of pick up would be she gave me the wrong time by 45min. Got no confirmation e-mail after the booking. I called the office many times to speak to someone about this and left a message. No one has gotten back to me. The tour itself was great, and the wineries were beautiful. Gilles is the only reason I am giving this a 3 star. I wouldnt recommend this tour company to anyone. The people running it clearly don't care about the guests.

My friends and I booked a half day wine tour with this company to celebrate a birthday and engagement on Friday August 27th. Troy was our tour guide and he was absolutely fantastic! We were having such a great time, however our experience was short lived. Upon arrival at our final winery, we were refused entry due to it nearing closing time even though we had arrived right on time. Troy tried to get us entry but they refused so he drove us to try at another nearby winery in hopes of getting us that full experience, and they also didn’t let us in either. We were all on time, ensuring to ask how long we had at each winery and enjoyed ourselves accordingly based on the time constraints, therefore finding it upsetting that we were unable to attend all the wineries as advertised in the package. We are from out of town and had never been to PEC before, and had looked forward to all the wineries we were scheduled to visit (and had paid for in our ticket price). It was just an upsetting way to end such a wonderful day, especially since we were celebrating a birthday and an engagement. I contacted the company on three separate occasions since then, and have not heard back. It is sad that they had no problem responding to us when we first reached out to them to book our wine tour but are unable to respond or contact us when we are requesting follow up.

The booking process is easy, the drivers are friendly and knowledgeable and they are flexible when booking if you would like to go to certain wineries. I would recommend checking them out!

Was down for a bachelorette party and went on the wine tour and it was amazing! It was so fun and our driver was even better then we could have asked for. This review is long overdue! I did wine tour with my best friend this past summer and it was beyond amazing! Cathie was our guide. She was fun and entertaining pretty much one of the gang by the end of the tour. I would highly recommend these tours to anyone looking for a relaxing day of vineyard hoping with good company.

We spent Thanksgiving Monday with our wonderful driver Gilles. The scenery in PEC was beautiful with all the fall colours. Gilles was very informative about the area as well as wines in general. My partner and I had the best day ever with our tour guide, Gilles. He genuinely cares about his clients' experience and it is very evident that he has a great reputation with the owners and staff at the wineries he took us to. The limo was very clean and comfortable on a hot July day and in a pandemic wearing masks all the time. We did the full-day private tour and Gilles took us to his choice of wineries, showed us around and gave us a few lessons. We all had lunch together at the beach after each getting take-out meals from restaurants in the area we were in (Wellington). Overall, we have zero complaints and it seems everywhere we visited in PEC on the tour has done their best to adapt to the times (something to consider before expecting things to be "normal").

Honestly can't say enough good things about this tour. Our drivers name was Gilles and he was fantastic. He knew so many fun facts about the area as well as wine. He really took the time to bring us to wineries we would enjoy. Also he didn't really care about the time which I personally thought was lovely. They say you see 4-5 wineries we got to visit 6 and had plenty of time at each place to sample and but our wines. I preferred this tour over niagara on the lake any day!

The tour was great, Gilles was very knowledgeable! Loved it! However, when I booked the tour over the phone about a week before, the lady on the phone told us to be ready and waiting at our hotel reception 45min before the tour guide came. When we addressed this to our tour guide, he said that that was a mistake on the office's end. They don't seem quite organized. But again Gilles, our tour guide made up for our long wait!
