We use Westland at Cherrylane Mall in Penticton, at least once a week. Chad, Leah, Karen and the newest addition's I'm not familiar with their names yet. Alway's Great service, Pleasant and VERY helpful. I would give you all 10 stars.. I send my clients to them for their insurance needs. Great team, keep up the great work !!

I’m torn. valley first as an organization gets a -100 stars and this app is forcing me to chose at least one star. However on the flip side, Chad and Kaylee on the insurance team are worth a million stars. They are the only reason worth coming back. Go see chad or kaylee for your car insurance. Other wise, stay away.

We’ve been dealing with Valley First and this branch for almost 4 years, no problem and everyone is very professional until recently. My wife and some other Asian friends encountered same problem with the agent name Kaylee... she’s probably absent when professional ethics and respect to other cultures was taught. It’s so obvious if she can’t understand our pronunciation she’s starting to show some anger management issue. Our son touched her table and she freaked out, just wondering if she’s like that to all or is it only because of our skin colour. We end up getting our 3rd car’s insurance in BCAA, I have to walk out, because of her unprofessional manners. Otherwise, this place is highly recommended. Just a warning to our fellow Asian, you should be fluent enough to talk to this beautiful girl with stinking attitude.

I went in there 5 minutes before closing on New Year’s Eve. I needed to transfer and insure a vehicle to get back to the coast. They were so polite and opened the till back up, and they both stayed late (with no pay) to help me out. Best service I’ve had anywhere in years. THANKS ????!
