This office made a mistake with the date of a driver license, they supposed to correct. We were driving with a insurance, in Vancouver (same brand office) explained to us, that we were never covered, just because de birthday in driver license is different from the one registered in ICBC. We called several times to the Penticton office and they don't recognize the error, they just told us we need to correct the mistake.
