The worst visitor center in the Okanagan Valley! (Original) Personnel pas sympathique ! Que des commentaires négatifs sur la voiture mal garée, notre chien qui dérange et pas le droit d'utiliser le wifi plus de 30 minutes. Le pire visitor center de la Vallée Okanagan!

Small visitor center with all what your need... except that the two middle-aged women at the desk were unfriendly and not helpful at all. They probably didn't like that we stayed and used the WIFI to plan our next destinations. Anyway, after a while, there was no WIFI signal anymore. They said that a lot of people are using the connection but there was nobody around, we were only 2 travellers... When others tourists arrived and ask for the WIFI, the network worked again. Magic don't you think? And during all this time they were whispering and communicate on little pieces of paper like schoolgirls. Pitiful! When you work in this kind of place, your job is to HELP tourists and travelers, not to be disrespectful and liar.

The lady working here is the sweetest person ever! A group of us on motorcycles had to pull over there to cool off and have water and she invited us in the AC and we had a great chat with her! Lots of travel brochures available there also! Great place to stop!
