Stopped by here to pick up tickets to Fest-of-Ale and was really pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. They had lots of helpful advice and some great resources for touring the surrounding wine country.

We cycled out purposefully to find out about wine tours. It was challenging to get the information we wanted. One would think that at a place like this you would get advice tailored to your desires. Not so much. And when I told the fellow that I had almost cut myself on some broken glass outside he seemed to take a very nonchallant attitude. We ended up just going on our own - self guided touring. Actually, the best way to tour the vineyards, I think, is to take a bicycle on the trails! That was amazing!!!

Lots of local BC wines in one place. They even have featured wines that you can sample for free. Looks like they are still setting everything up with displays and cash register.

Not pleased with parking there ..the city of Penticton would let me have business and have no parking and this is not the first time it's many times when you have to park two blocks away thats problem.. The facility it's self is fantastic

Awesome. This the BEST visitors centre. They were knowledgeable. Had an up to date list of local activities by day. Asked about our interests and length of time we were in the area. Then gave us a card with activities, date, time and directions.
