I only use the parts department here - and Dennis is my 'main guy' - and always very friendly and helpful with competitive prices. The other parts department folks don't have quite the same experience, but always go the extra mile to get you sorted out. I can't speak to their RV sales as I am not a client for that at this time.

At around 11:15 the night before leaving Vancouver Island for our holiday in the Okanagan, I realized I couldn't find the keys to my RV. Being in a crowded RV park didn't make me feel very good about not being able to lock up when we went to the lake. Terry, the parts manager, knew exactly what I needed, and hooked me up with new keys for our storage compartments and outdoor kitchen, and a new lock for the entry. In and out in less than 15 minutes and under $100. I thought I'd be replacing all the locks on the trailer Much appreciated Terry!

I purchased a Winnebago from them this past week. They couldn't do the walk through because of the current health situation so they recorded it in a video series for me. Amazing! They let me stay on the lot overnight in my new motor home and I was able to ask any remaining questions in the morning. Their service is the best from start to finish. Still upset about the service provided by MidTown. We are new RV owners and wanted to get our unit de-winterized. There was no upfront estimate, and although we did have a few extra tasks like putting hooking up our batteries, the bill came to almost 700$. The receipt was incomprehensible, ( I will share a picture of this later ) and when asked for some detail on the work performed nobody would return our calls. Use CAUTION and make sure you get you quotes up front. Not a place for inexperienced RVers, that need a little explanation of things.

Midtown is by far the best R.V. dealer / service facility that I have had the pleasure of visiting . Shane the service manager is very knowledgeable and accommodating, super helpful. There parts department is excellent and they keep a ton of parts and accessories in stock . We have had lots of upgrades and repair work done on our 2008 Newmar Essex here and have been very pleased with there work , no complaints at all . Will definitely get all our at home repairs and upgrades done here . Highly recommend them for all your R.V. needs .

Homemade Reccords

Dropped my RV for generator overhaul. 430$ later, my generator doesn't work. Invoice claims I need a rotor which is discontinued. Service man Drew said it was the stator. But generator could start a1. It didn't once I got into the truck. The guys went on lunch, waited an hour to get explanation that now that the unit is reassembled, it won't start as its not getting the signal back from the stator. Why not tell me before lunch. I leave 430$ short, with a generator that doesn't work and not sure whats my next option. Beware... this garage is for A class buses with A class wallets.

This is the largest RV dealer in Penticton they are located in the industrial area close to the channel Parkway. They have a outstanding selection of high-end RVs mostly diesel pushers. This is a place I like to go to on Sunday walk through and look at all the beautiful RVs, the staff there are extremely friendly and don't mind you walking through the units they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

We have had our Airstream serviced at several locations in the US (where we purchased our AS) and without a doubt, Midtown RV consistently offers a superior service experience. From the moment you call to book an appointment, Brenna is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She remembers clients, and is always friendly! Tom, our technician has a wealth of technical expertise, and goes above and beyond to ensure that he exceeds expectations. He recently installed a WeBoost cell booster, and did an excellent job routing the wiring to an optimum location, and without unsightly wires or equipment showing. All tucked away neatly in the overhead bin! The detail crew also were very friendly and helpful, offering for us to use some of their equipment for a quick "do-it yourself" wash on our AS before we hit the road. They delivered what they said they would, when they said they would do it, and in less time than estimated. This is the only place we will go for service from now on!

Starting with the owner, George, sales Harvey, service manager Drew, mechanic Dallas. This top notch dealership fix an old motorhome I purchased from a different Okanagan dealer. They treated us as if we were their customers. After we returned the previous unit, they tried to find a suitable replacement. After you purchase from them the set you up adjacent to the sales building to ensure you're able to use the unit or if you find anything needing repairs at no extra cost. I wish I could give a higher rating!

The summer of 2020 with a limited budget we decided to look at purchasing a used motorhome. After a search throughout the Okanagan Valley, the lower mainland, and Vancouver Island we were unable to find anything that met our expectations or limited budget. As a last resort we approached Midtown RV in Penticton, BC, a dealership selling high end RVs such as Newmar and Airstream. From the moment we entered the dealership we were met in a welcoming, courteous, and professional manner. Immediately introduced to sales representative Tim Brandle, who on hearing our budget and requirements showed us a choice that perfectly fit our wish list. The purchase of our motorhome was seamless. Tim’s handling from our initial offer to completion was outstanding including the correction of every noted minor deficiency. Since taking delivery last fall and now having had the unit in for very minor servicing such as the repair and upgrades noted before purchasing, winterization and this spring prepping it for the upcoming season; the staff have maintained a consistent level of service and incredible attention to detail. In every instance Drew Weitzel, Service Manager has been outstanding. Service to the RV has not once been mishandled, while all costs have been more than fair and reasonable. High recommend this dealership. Staff and service are fantastic. Purchased our unit from USA and required some warranty work as well as addition of satellite dish. Techs were knowledgeable and very receptive to questions. Travelling during heat of summer and were allowed to bring dogs inside showroom while work was being completed. Will definitely return for any required service in the future.

I want to express my appreciation for the telephone assistance that Tom provided me a few days ago. I had been struggling with the windows in my Airstream for some time- they wouldn't catch in the guides at all. I tried to book time for this repair in their service area - and was planning a trip around that availability. Unfortunately, there was no time open until mid-August and I couldn't wait that long for my trip. Over the phone, Tom gathered some information from me about the issue and then told me that it was a common challenge with the push-up window guides - and how to fix them myself.
