Rude lady's un willing to help you out. Additude non stop. One girl starts arguing with me saying I'm not allowed to build my own house because I'm not a contractor and she refused to even look into insurance for me until I became a contractor or hired a home builder .told me building my own home was illegal and was trying to tell me I'm not a contractor even tho I owned a construction company for 20 years. Unacceptable behavior.! If you don't like your job quit and go do something elce I'd skip this terrible experience

Ridiculous. Called to find out if they were open on victoria day. Website says 'maybe' and automated answering service says stay on the line because all the workers are on the other line then hangs up. Is it that hard to just add a 10 second voicemail srating whether they are open or closed? Am I supposed to just drive there now to find out for myself? How idiotic is this simple solution?

Took me 4 attempts to get the insurance for my trailer! Bought it from a family friend and they kept saying I needed more or different signatures on the form. Dont no why it took 4 attempts and they didnt no how to properly fill out there own paper work. They also entered my Info wrong and we had to redo the transaction.

Wish I could give a ZERO ! Agents are not familiar with proper procedure and make things difficult with walk in clients. Avoid unless you don't want customer service.
