Very unprofessional way by Air Canada. I came from my country in 30 Dec 2020. My luggage was broken by air Canada and I immediately show my bag at counter and got a complaint number still no one follow up and for few months they closed the air Canada service in penticton airport. I visited at airport around 15 times to get right way. it’s 15 September 2021 still didn’t get any reply and respond by air Canada. Big negligence
