the worst service ever! I planned my 5 nights trip to Cuba 3 months in advance. I received the invoice with the flight dates and times. every thing was fine so I paid the invoice fully and few days after the payment was completed, i receive a flight time change notice! to my surprise, I realized that my revised flight is not direct flight any more! a direct flight is 3h30 from Montreal to Varadero but the revised flight which has a stop somewhere else is 7h5!!!!! at the booking time, I was told that they can change the flight times but changing a direct flight that takes 3h5 to a flight with a layover and 7h5 duration is totally un acceptable and I wasnt advised when I booked the trip. My agent, Nepheline Arce is not willing to help or undrestand or provide a proper customer service by at least talking undrestandfully. she yelled at me that she told me the flight time can change and she is OFFERING me to cancel my flight if i dont want this trip!!! should mention that she is not offering a free cancelation! I paid for the insurance so I can cancel my trip without penality ! so she is basically telling me , this is what it is take it or cancel it !ridiculous! never had such a poor service from any other agency!

We wandered in to the Trip Central shop in the St. Laurent Mall, on a bit of a whim really, not having booked through a service before. Jean Arseneau greeted us and although closing time, he engaged us in a relaxed discussion of a European Vacation. He was quick to follow up with us the next day and quickly understood our interests and needs, soon coming up with a wonderful option for us at a pleasantly surprising price. As we finalized our plans, Jean was very patient and helpful with our little tweaks and adjustments. All in all we are now booked and ready to travel. We’ll definitely travel through Jean and TripCentral again. You’d do well to deal with Jean if you’re looking to travel. He’s very pleasant, efficient and totally in-the-know. Happy trails!!

At first, I had an awful experience with jennifer. She didn't listen to my wants or needs. She saw a young couple and really didn't take us seriously. When I'd go in and see her she'd be very cold and had a lot of attitude. However, when I went to Louise, immediately she listened to our needs and knew IMMEDIATELY what to recommend. We've been in the process of finding a vacation for the last 6 months because we couldn't find the perfect resort. But with Louise, it took us a week with her to book and finalize everything. She was amazing! She gave us honest feedback on the resorts We were initially interested in, and most importantly, she knew exactly what we needed and took us seriously. Thank you Louise!

We meet with an agent called Jennifer. She was rude and condescending since the moment we stepped inside. We asked her for packages going to Orlando and NY on specific dates, and she just told us we were being vague and didn't want to waste her time going through the system. Instead she told us to go to Expedia and do it ourselves. Needless to say, I'm not going back.

Booked a trip to Mexico with Trip central. Selected an option Option Flex insurance for $99 per person. Which indicated that I can change, cancel or transfer my trip 24 hr prior the departure without the agency cancellation fees. 12 hr later I called Trip central and asked if I can change my trip and was told that there is a fee for any changes, transfers or cancellations. The agent was very rude and abrupt with me. She told me "We have to make money". And when I said it was specified that with this particular option all agency's fees will be waived. She again repeated that that option was only for the booking on Air Transat website, but I bought it on Trip Central website and that insurance was specifically sold only on their website. AirTransat has only Option Plus for $118 not Option Flex which is $99. She interrupted me and said that this is in Trip Central fine print terms and conditions. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that none were available than she hang up the phone. i sent an e-mail to the customer service and has not got any response. I learnt my lesson I will never book on their website I will use Air Transat website as they don't charge any fees if it's specified in the selected insurance option.

I contacted trip central and got Louise. I was truly pushed into booking that day and she went ahead and booked it without me paying. When I tried to change it she said she couldn't because I was already booked. The worst part was when I showed up to pay, she was as friendly as a rabid pit bull and suddenly went from friendly when she was on the phone pushing me to purchase to feeling like I was being a pest and eventually she would not return my calls. Definitely never use her again but I did like the ease of going in and paying by debit.
