I've used Haiwai travel a couple of times for plane tickets and each time their service comes through with great rates. June are very helpful and provide quick details follow ups. I would strongly recommend checking them out if you are planning to travel to Asia, U.S and Europe, etc...and if you are looking for plane tickets.

Absolutely terrible! I booked a flight for my 86 year old Grandmother I specifically asked to have a directly flight due to the fact that she has bad knees. I was ensured this was the case after booking the flight I realized it had a transfer, I called the company and sent them the invoice and itinerary they originally sent me. Both showed it was a direct flight, I called and spoke to the manager Nicole Sun who advised me to call Air Canada. There is no reason why I should be calling Air Canada as I booked this flight through Haiwai after a heated back and forth she refused to offer a refund and hung up. DO NOT do business with these people! They do not take responsibility for their actions and mistakes

Horrible customer service and false advertising. I booked a flight that specifically stated there was 1 layover however on the day of we realize there were 2. We calling the company back to figure out why the person on the phone directed me to Air Canada. I sent her the itinerary that they sent me and she said yes its confusing I know but there is another stopover that we didn't include in your invoice and itinerary which is absolutely ridiculous. She refused to take responsibility for this mess up on their part. DO NOT book with this agency they are not trustworthy and do not have a formal escalation process. Small company so likely when the negative reviews rack up they will close and reopen across the street under another name so they do not care about their reputation. The manager's name is Nicole Sun so if you see her working for another agency make sure you stay away!
