I have talked Mr. Umair, several times about my itinerary travel and hotel reservation, and made changes according to my need and budget, he provided me such good service, really appreciate/dua for him. Provided ground transportation during the trip was accurate and Mr. Hafiz Sana-Ullah is acted very responsible person. Few things need to consider by Bismillah Travel, for Zayarat please engaged only that drive who knows little more about places which I felt very less in Medina. Zayarat at Makkah was excellent. A REALLY GOOD AGENCY - I just came back from Umra arranged by Bismila Travel. My package was upgraded from three star to five star package. I stayed four days in Hilton Mecca and three days in Medina Marriott including breakfast which was great in both hotels. Transportation was great for visiting both Mecca and Medina in air conditioned buses. I also traveled to Lahore and there was no issue related to my ticket confirmation. I also received visa and vouchers on time. I really had very good time in both places . I would definetly recommend it. Recommendation for improvement for Tahir Shahib. 1.There should be a person Holding Bismilla Travel sign at Jeddah airport , although I had to find that person with little effort. 2.Transportation from Mecca to Medina and from Medina to Jeddah should be better standard which was average.

It was my first time buying tickets from them and my last time. Bought tickets in December 2021. Gave my passport copies and they made a mistake in my baby's name. I mentioned to the agent who booked my ticket and He insisted that there's no issue and everything is all good. We had issues at the airport. We got late for our flights. We had to fight with the airline in order to board the plane. This agency is unprofessional. They are thieves. They lied. Whole staff don't know what there doing. I do not recommend them. Please go to another agency.

Booked Umrah trip with this group. Tahir Bhai is the owner of the place and has a lot of patience. The hotels in Mecca and Medina were at walking distance as promised. The hotels are not the same as the stars listed but then again you are there for being in the mosque. Transportation with Hafiz Sani was great. Side trips are not the expertise of the group. To improve customer experience, details should be looked at like if someone is traveling alone vs family with elders. Recommendations should be made accordingly to show agency expertise. Overall May Allah bless all those who helped my family with this trip. If you are travelling on a budget and don't want too many luxuries this is a very good agency otherwise I highly recommend Darel Salam.

I booked Umrah trip for my family having no past experience with Bismillah Travels. I had a lot of concerns before finalizing the trip that were addressed to my satisfaction. All the pre-departure arrangements and requirements were met with well in time especially related to Covid-19 for each country in transit. Our stay in Makkah and Madinah was excellent. The hotel and transport services were the best. We were able to perform Umrah with full peace of mind. Mr. Tahir Ch. was available all the time for any kind of queries and questions. The issues if any, were immediately resolved. Ms. Nadia Ghazanfar worked on our itinerary very professionally and booked as we wanted with extended trip to Pakistan. We changed the travel plan many times and she worked on it patiently till we got it finalised. Hafiz Sanaullah was always available to help and guide us from arrival to departure from Saudi Arabia. I strongly recommend Bismillah Travels for the Umrah services.

I have been waiting for almost an year for my partial refund, No one shows any interest if you want something done. They only care about selling their tickets and once its done, they don't care and after wards if there is any issue they keep blaming PIA is not contacting them well then you should keep contacting them back and update your customers. All you get is countless excuses and nothing gets done. I am regretting by recommending it to friends and pakistani community in BC and in ON. I do not recommend this to anyone, not happy with their service. Getting lots of complaints, flights are getting cancelled again and again and no one is bothering to show interest of getting the best deal. Plus they are charging $200 service charges even though flights are cancelled from their end, this doesn't make any sense. I got them around 100 customers since 2016 since I have a huge circle of friends and family, now planning to suggest them no to get tickets through them.

Choosing the right travel agent for your Hajj or Umrah is of crucial importance. By the grace of God I had the opportunity to perform Umrah twice in the last 5 years. Both times I purchased my tickets from Mr.Tahir Chaudry owner of Bismillah Travels because of reliable service, great attitude and reasonable price. He organised my family into perfect accomodations at Mecca and Madina as per requirements. The hotels were 5 star at a walking distance to haram and Masjid e Nabvi respectively. Transportation from picking up and dropping off to the airport, ziarat and Mecca to Madina was included in my package, so I don't have to go through the hassel of arranging it by myself. He is a good communicator and easy to reach incase you come across any issues during the trip. He will work with you until the issue is resolved. For eg. in my case unexpectedly Saudi airline has suspended its operations in Canada, he made my reservation on the same departure date in emirates airline. we just returned to perform Umrah on Jan 02 2018. Bismillah Travels, specially Tahir vai arrange everything for us (5 family members). we are so happy with the arrangements. We stayed their total 8 nights. In Mecca & Madina, hotels were very good and close by. Tahir vai told us for 1 bed room but he arrange 2 bed room suit for us without charging any extra cost. Mr Hafiz, representative in Mecca & Madina was very helpful and well organized everything. Actually, all the arrangement were readily available & on time by them. The owner of this agency is running another agency by the FJ travel. His name is Chaudhry Javed. This man is what is wrong with our society. He prays on peoples hard earned money. He put my family through hell, and in the process scammed us out of $10,000 dollars. He does not know to deal with customers. I would like anyone who is owed their money to reach out to me as I am in the process to suing him. I will collect all that he owe me and I advise people to not let him get away with this matter. Absolutely one of the worst experiences. The staff was very lazy to getting back to me as soon as I paid my fees. They sent me wrong application information didn’t respond for days, while my travel to Saudi Arabia was less than 3weeks away and I still needed a visa. No communication whatsoever. They never told us if we were meeting a group at the airport. We were just expected to go to the airport and arrive in Madina where there’s somebody waiting for you to call him. Oh and if you don’t have a Saudi Arabia SIM card then good luck. After dropping us at the hotel they never let us know anything about the tour the next day. Didn’t tell us time or anything. When we were leaving to Mecca they said to be in the front at 8am and when we were there was nothing. Turns out the postponed it for 3 hours without letting us even know. In Mecca they never told us when we were leaving to return to Jeddah airport. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional and the tours were all in Urdu which is great if you speak Urdu, but sucks when you only speak English. Would not recommend. Also, if you notice the company staff has given themselves good reviews on this page. Shows you how fake their ratings are. Stay away from them!

My dad was stuck in Lahore, was suppose to leave from there on Feb 28 when Indian fighter plane was gunned down by pakistani army and all the airports were closed . For 3 days in a row I kept calling Bismillah travels even though I knew there was nothing they could do about it but not even once I felt that they were getting tired of giving me same answer again and again.i was treated very nicely by Mr. Tahir when I went to their office on dixie. Excellent experience booking Ummrah. Hotels in both Madinah and Makkah were very good accomodations and exactly what we expected. Traveling with small children location was extremely important and we were able to pray 5 times each day at Masjid Nabawi and Haram Sharif and perform tawaaf and other rituals on our schedule Alhumdulilah. I just came back from umrah, where I took a family package for my family of six. I dealt with Tahir and he is extremely professional, polite with lots of patience. I think their prices are comparable to other travel agents. They have a net of workers in Saudi that make sure that you get looked after. But their English and Arabic is not strong, so it's a challenge to communicate with them or appreciate the site seeing trip. The site-seeing in madina was done entirely in Urdu. I recommend that if you take a family package of 4 or more people, then , you get two rooms or a larger room with two washrooms. We had to have our hotel in Mecca upgraded when we got there. The one in madina was a smaller room with 5 beds and one washroom. So one can imagine how hard it was to have kids hold themselves or synchronize washroom visits for 4 kids :) Although this is not an issue with the travel agent, however, If you get to stay at hotels attached to the haram like the Hilton where we stayed, checking in and out on the weekends (Thursday to Saturday) is a hassle as no cars are allowed to come closer than 600 meters, as they close the roads. So, Good luck getting your luggage transported to and from the hotel. Also, the hotel we stayed at in madina was hardly a 3 star. It was definitely not a 5 star hotel. Overall, I think they have great customer skills and service. I'm definitely recommending them to others.

I did umrah with my family last month. This was our best decision to chose bismillah travels for our umrah. starting from their office in Toronto till the end of our journey , everything done perfect.Tahir sahab and Miss Nadia are the best ???? they arranged each and everything.I changed my routes lots of times but Nadia listened each time with patience and handled professionally. Tahir sahab was always available on calls from saudi arabia and ready to help out if there's any problem.Their team members at Makkah and Madina are also awesome. Haji sanaullah at Makkah was so helpful and nice. then qari sahab at madina was also very nice.Their transportation arrangements were speechless. The drivers were too good and nice. I will finish up my comments by this BISMILLAH TRAVELS ARE THE BEST!!!! I already told my friends and other family members to chose bismillah travels for their travels and umrah and I strongly recommend this travel agency to all the people who are looking forward to go for umrah or traveling. InshaAllah me and my family will perform hajj with bismillah travels and same team????

Worst service by one of the employee named Arbaz. He is cheater. Made wrong ticket and after that he is not taking any responsibility. Stop picking up the phone too. Never book tickets from these cheaters.

Had a 4 day layover in Oman, but due to the border closure, needed to make a flight change as quickly as possible. Called my agent who made the booking, he said he will send me the required details within 10 minutes. Waited a whole day, no response, missed our only chance to catch the flight. Called the next day to arrange alternative travel plans, once again was told i'd be emailed the details within 10 minutes. Once again the agent didn't respond. Had to deal with the Airlines directly. Bismillah Travels abandoned us in our time of need, that's all thats needed to be said. Shame on your company.

I just came back from Umrah which was arranged by Bismillah Travels. Nadia whom I had interaction with was very helpful and responsive through out the travel arrangements. Reasonable rates, excellent customer service and hassle-free air & hotel reservations are some of the quality features of Bismillah Travels & Tours. I traveled with family of 6 to Mecca & Medina (with a few days of transit in Dubai). Accommodations in Mecca & Medina were very close to Harmain.
