My experience with B Smart Travel was incredible! When you first reach out to Gene you will realize how responsive he is to your request! He will go above and beyond to meet your requirements and needs. I reached out to him to plan a custom Europe tour in which he had to plan everything from scratch as my itinerary did not follow the traditional Europe tours other companies had. I wanted to visit 5 countries in 2 weeks which was a big challenge to do so much in such small window of time and Gene helped me to put it all together! It was a lot of work for him to find all the places to stay, ensure we had transportation going and coming from each city via plane and trains and of course looking after the excursions. TRUST Me whatever your wishlist is and your budget Gene will go out of his way to do his best to make it happen! He is very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient. He will ensure every little detail of your trip is taken care of. Another amazing and unique experience with B Smart Travel is that once the trip is booked and finalized, Gene will keep in touch with your DURING your trip to ensure everything is going well and you are safe. I found that to be so comforting and amazing! I will definitely book with Gene and the B Smart Travel team again, it was a wonderful experience and they are TICO registered. You are in great hands!
