I was in line with a number and a staff member came along checking the people as to what they needed and moved down the line. I mentioned I was looking for some maps and tourist books. She took me to her desk and got me all that I needed and my visit was very short. Did check out some items for sale, maybe I will get a Tilly hat in the near future.

What a gem of a store. They have every travel accessory you can imagine, including luggage, in a spotless, well laid out store. Service was fantastic. I went for an international drivers license and left with that, a membership, luggage and more!

usually have best experience here but most recent left me with a bad taste . got the same package for insurance through a Brooker got 300 off the policy offered at location and had a good experience with the Brooker. Caa insurance rep left me upset and annoyed

Responded quickly to my concern about having a plastic card, because as a Senior with less than perfect vision,I struggled with the Digital format they had send me and asked me to print it out on my printer.... First of all I dont have a Printer,secondly,, I'm legally Blind to small print ,good job i dont read while I'm driving....Haha!

Freeway CAA came this evening in Oshawa to pull the rear-wheel Pontiac G8 back onto the paved driveway. Back wheel was not touching the ground and spinning in air. He took extra precautions. Went back to truck and laid extra wooden planks under the back tire so the car didn't get damaged in pulling it out of the ditch. That extra professionalism meant there be no damage to the underside of the car or the exhaust pipe that was close to touching the pavement. Great job!

I just got off the phone with Sherry at this location, I spoke with someone months ago about booking a flight for a memorial for both of my grandparents. There are 4 of us going from Toronto to Edmonton in July. She asked me we are all members, I am not 100% about the 4th person. She told me to call back with our membership numbers before she would be willing to look into a bereavement fare for me as "it is a lot of work if you are going to have to call air Canada yourself for the fourth person". So I asked if I should just call air Canada myself and book and I was advised by her that I should. I am a CAA member and I have book flights before with this location. Also when I called a few months ago I was advised I would have to call back in closer to travel date to get flight amounts and details, now I am told it is "Too much work if one has to be booked directly through air Canada. I don't usually write reviews but I was highly disappointed and will now find other ways to book my flights. I was looking to book another vacation for 2 in September that I will now look to book elsewhere!!!

This CAA has been beautifully renovated and was a pleasure to go to. There was plenty of stuff to look at while you waited (the wait wasn't too long). There is also a very nice seating area. The staff were very pleasant and there were even some going around making sure that everyone was helped.
