Efficient staff and great service. I traveled twice from Oakville to Windsor and both times staff was very cooperative and facilities were well maintained except vending machine is not working for a long time.

Honestly the worst experience I've ever had trying to travel. I couldn't buy a ticket online and when I got to the station it was 30 dollars more. Then they told me I couldn't ride because I didn't have government issued id. Thankfully Ontario has GO service and I was still able to get to my destination.

Went to pick up family from this station. Easy to find and lots of parking. Only complaint was that my family got lost trying to get up to the platform to where I was.

This VIA Rail station is smaller compared to most but it's very well kept. Since it's a smaller station it's more convenient than the one at Union if you're in the area and it's less crowded. From my experience the staff are nice and helpful. However, the layout of the platforms can be a little confusing so I'd recommend coming earlier to avoid being late.

A very clean station with helpful staff and a good waiting area + lounge. The layout is a bit confusing when you're trying to find your train as the screen doesn't list platforms half the time. If you're familiar with the station it is easier. Highly recommend buying VIA Rail tickets well in advance as the prices increase as capacity fills and the date becomes closer. Local buses and Go Trains regularly stop at this station which makes connecting by transit easier. There are also multiple bike racks at the station and self serve machines to buy tickets. Presto cards can also be loaded here.

A beautiful, well kept faculty. Restrooms, vending machines & tv's to watch. Very friendly staff & helpful. Building is open during certain times only.

The station is well maintained all the time . The staff are amazing, information is posted everywhere plus there is washrooms inside . Tim hortons nearby at 111 cross ave And McDonald’s too . Plus a big parking lot so if u want to park , there is tons of space.

I booked Feb 26, 9:29pm train from Oakvile to Union Station. Before I arrived the station, a VIA Rep called me that he is closing the VIA centre so I have to find the train myself. At that time it's only 9:20pm and they said they close on 10:30pm. Also isn't someone supposed to be there scan my boarding pass and etc? I didn't raise any question back then as I was thinking as long as I can catch the train, it's not big deal the staff leaves early. However there was no train at all. I waited until 9:35. There was no train. No VIA staff. VIA centre was closed as he said. I obviously got scammed. I'll give them a call tomorrow asking for a refund and probably never take a VIA train ever again

My daughter used via rail for the first time today. She has never used this service and didn’t know the process. My daughter was nervous to use Via rail but the extremely helpful and pleasant lady at the reception was wonderful! She was very understanding and helped direct us and explained everything clearly. She gave such excellent customer service. Just before the train arrived, she came out to the waiting room and assisted all the passengers on the train. The station is very clean and well kept. The waiting room has 2 sides with large comfortable chairs. I highly recommend using this Via rail station.

Rude, condescending older gentlemen works here primarily in mornings from my experience. After over 5 years of being a via customer he is the only unpleasant employee I've had to deal with. Instantly disappointed when I see him because I know in some way it will be a negative expirience with attitude.

Great little suburban train station. Good access. Well maintained. If you live in west Mississauga or Oakville it sure beats going into Toronto to get a train at Union.
