The travel agent that we have been working with in this large travel group is TRASH! I repeat TRASH! I haven't heard from her since the final payment was due. No emails with important information to know for traveling or for the resort. Transfer travel from the airport to the resort and from the resort to the airport was not booked. We had to book all of that separately. She is not very responsive to emails or phone calls and it took her FOREVER to process payments after making them. I will never travel with a group again that is using this company or that travel agent! I am warning you now if you are looking for good customer service this aint it!

Shalene was polite and humble and answered ALL of my questions. She helped out everyone in our group of 20 that had questions or concerns as well. She understood my requirements and provided me the best packages and prices. After having to rebook the whole group trip due to Covid, she took care of it all and I was notified promptly of any changes along the way. Such a memorable trip. i have been fighting get my refund for almost 16 months because of covid, so much lack of communication , keep getting the run around and still no refund, when if was paying the trip it took forever to post the payment , no discount with 3 in a room , it was still almost 1600. dollars. the rep i was dealing with was very unorganized and i had to keep staying on top of her. i would not recommend this company to plan your big day .

I want to take a moment to say a very special Thank You to Latitude Concierge. I’ve booked a few trips with this company that were seamless and last year I was part of a wedding party. Due to the pandemic plans we’re changed. I noticed very quickly these airlines and hotels didn’t want to refund our money and they offered us a credit. I wasn’t happy but I knew I couldn’t blame anyone. I say this to say Latitude Concierge told us last year maybe the airlines will change their minds about refunds because they’re making a big mistake and they were right! It took sometime but now we have an option. I probably won’t even take the money, I’m ready for Mexico! I look forward to book many more trips! Thanks again.

I booked Latitude Concierge for a birthday trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica in July 2021. Shalene assisted my 10 guests and I from beginning to end to ensure our safety and comfortability traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic. Including showing us resorts that offered on-site testing and pre-travel information to enter Jamaica. Shalene always responded in a timely manner, explained options in great detail, and put together a very cute invitation to notify my guests of the trip. With “concierge” being key in this business, Shalene also helped my partner coordinate a beautiful private beach dinner for the evening of my birthday. In addition to having the resort recognize my birthday in several ways! Shalene remained in contact with our group during the entire almost week long trip and we had the time of our lives! I’ve recommended Latitude Concierge to many friends and family. Will absolutely book more trips in the future!

I normally never would give a business a bad review, but Latitude Concierge Travels is my one exception. Shalene was extremely unprofessional with us when we asked about a potential price match. She declined our request and was extremely demeaning, meanwhile her 'group rate' was MUCH more expensive than any other online website by nearly $1000. She also breached confidentiality by sharing emails that were only sent to her. I would not recommend her at all. She claims that mid-November rates are the same as March break rates (which is the most expensive time to travel), and got very rude and disrespectful with us when we were asking logical questions and concerns. Save yourself the hassle and book literally anywhere else (online sites, or another travel agent)!

I met Shalene at the Bridal Show in 2019. Right off the bat, i loved her. She was bubbly, vivacious, outgoing and so down to earth. My fiancé and I decided to use Latitude Concierge Travels for our wedding (Oct 2021). From day one, Shalene has been amazing. COVID made everything chaotic and unorganized yet she kept me calm during the process. She was attentive to my guests (Canada & Europe) and was there to answer any questions I had. Shalene has been AMAZING. I cannot stress enough how important she has been to me during the planning process and how much she has helped in communicating with the hotel we chose. I cannot wait to marry my fiancé in October and I owe all the planning and preparation to Shalene!! 10/10 would recommend her over and over again!
