Mr Kamran of global travels, has assisted recently on a last minute flight for a friend of mine (flight was less than 3 hrs). he was able to get a spot and my friend was able to address the personal emergency. Thanks to him, not many does this service in this industry. If you want professional service regarding tourism and travel trips specially for hajj and umrah this is the best place to be. Absolutely horrendous service. Our flight with PIA got cancelled due to COVID 19 back in March 2020. Even though PIA has provided cash refunds without any penalties to everyone already, these guys first offered us vouchers. After constant followup of 3 months, they still havent processed our refund. Again, even though PIA has refunded others that were on the same flights! Pathetic service! Avoid 100% there are better options out there.

It’s very good we booked 2 to 3 times our tickets and got very reasonable price so far I didn’t face any problem even in connecting flights so yah I m very satisfied with this agency staff is very cooperative that’s the main thing which should be necessary
