She had resort suggestions sent out to us within hours and was immediately available to answer questions and look into other options. When we decided to book she even stayed up late on a Saturday to ensure our booking went through before prices increased. We will definitely use Aga and Empire Travel again!

Aga was extremely helpful when we had to fly to Europe unexpectedly for a death in the family. She managed to find reduced rate flights for us although most were already fully booked when we checked ourselves and even got us extra roomy seats for the return flight. She also arranged car rental and hotel for us, both of which were totally satisfactory. During the process she kept in close touch with us to be sure everything went well. Even after our return when we noticed a mistake in the billing for the rental car, she cleared it up quickly. I would highly recommend her services.
