Asha was excellent. She helped me book a trip to Mexico and made the whole process so simple. I usually book these all inclusives myself but decided to give them a try and I'm so glad I did. She provided me with a good list of options and details and after I picked the place I wanted to go, she got me the best price for fantastic value. I couldn't find the same value trying to book the vacation myself. All of the arrangements were made for me and I just needed to have my passport and pack my bags. The trip was amazing and I wouldn't change a thing. I would highly recommend Asha and Bains Travel to anyone. I will be using them every time now.

We are really happy that we chose Bains Travel in Mississauga for booking our air fares at the beginning of March 2020. The closure of air spaces that followed due to the pandemic showed us what a blessing it was to choose the right travel agents, who were there every step of the way. Not only did they provide the best rates for a trip that was originally supposed to be multi-destination, they responded to every concern and query when my mom and I got stranded outside of Canada for a few months. Both Asha and Mini are highly professional and caring. Every email and phone call (which were numerous) over the past year and half were answered with great customer care and without delay. Even the refunds on the cancelled leg of our journey were done in a timely manner as soon as they were available by the airline. I have heard stories of frustrations with other travel agencies due to Covid-19 cancellations. So, I can say Bains Travel definitely knows how to do business! Looking forward to calling you "our" travel agents in the future too. Highly recommended!

Just wanted to share my experience with Bains Travel, Mississauga. Mini has assisted my friends wedding back in 2017 and did such an amazing job that we continued to keep in touch with her for future trips. She has also been so great with assisting my mom for flights to and from Philippines back in 2019. A group of friends and I decided to reach out for her assistance with a trip we just did this past month to the Dominican Republic (Nov 2021), and communicating with her regarding recommendations and pricing was very easy and was quick with responses. Was also very helpful with following up on COVID protocols and PCR testing which gave us reassurance and lessened the stress of all the new travel restrictions. All went smoothly at both airports and PCR testing with her guidance and the trip was wonderful! Highly recommend!

I want to say a big Thank You to Mini and Bains Travel for handling my return flight from New Zealand during height of the pandemic lockdown. Mini was able to coordinate a last minute change to my originally scheduled return flight on Air NZ in business class via SFO to a seat on Air Canada connecting through a Canadian airport. Obviously I had to pay the full one way fair which I didn’t hesitate for a moment as I chose safety of connecting through a Canadian airport rather than a US airport. With little expectation of receiving any refund for the cancelled leg of my flight, Mini worked diligently behind the scenes and to my pleasant surprise I received a full 50% cash refund from Air NZ. Kudos to Bains Travel and to Air NZ. I am already considering returning to the beautiful country that is New Zealand and fly their national airline leaving all travel arrangements in the capable hands of Bains Travel.

I am not one of those people who write reviews good or bad but this one I felt I have too. Over the years I bought tickets several times but the service I got from Bain travel is just outstanding. Mini I believe she is the manger there she is just fabulous she got the best customer service in the industry. She just not sell you travel tickets her services is beyond that. I recommend everyone to use Bains travel because anything can go wrong with your trip but you will have a piece of mind that there is someone you can count on and that's MINI.

I would give zero if I could. Travel "professional" advisor told me my wait was 1.5 hours on way to India at transfer point. After purchasing ticket the rep. advised they did not know customs is there so wait is now 5 hours. They are paid to know these things, that's the whole point of going to them. They now tell me I have to pay penalty to change, $500 + difference in ticket price. Bains travel takes ZERO responsibility for their error and I am stuck now waiting 5 hours. Being elderly this is going to be difficult. The whole point I went to them was a lower ticket price with same travel time. Now I am stuck paying for their mistake. They did not offer anything in even slight compensation. Take some responsibility for your business, you are not just there to take peoples money for booking tickets blindly.
