Tobi and Derick were really kind and great guys. We went to Whitehorse at full moon days, so it was really difficult to see aurora. But Tobi was a well trained guide and he was sincerely trying to find a spot. Then we made it.

(Translated) We did several activities with Tobias. First we did two nights of "Aurora Hunting". Performing this auroras search activity with Tobias has been magical. This made us think that if it had not been for their way of working we probably would not have been able to see them on our own. It has been an incredible experience that I would repeat one and a thousand times. We also did with him an excursion to Carcross, Emerald Lake, Miles Canyon, Bennett Lake ... Algo que nos gustó especialmente es que no nos paramos en un lugar durante horas a esperar que aparecieran las auroras, sino que Tobías hace una búsqueda activa para saber en cada momento por qué orientación pueden aparecer y en qué lugar se pueden ver mejor, lo que hizo que pudiéramos ver las auroras aunque fueron tenues. Esto nos hizo pensar que si no hubiera sido por su forma de trabajar probablemente no hubiéramos sido capaces de verlas por nuestra cuenta. Además de esto nos descubrió parajes increíblemente especiales, ver el cielo lleno de estrellas al lado de un lago helado mientras escuchas a los animales salvajes, o escuchar Bohemian Rhapsody en medio de la oscuridad de la noche... Ha sido una experiencia increíble que repetiría una y mil veces. También hicimos con él una excursión a Carcross, Emerald Lake, Miles Canyon, Lago Bennett... Nos descubrió unos parajes increíbles, verdaderamente Whitehorse y sus alrededores merecen mucho la pena, y encontrar una empresa como Epic North con tanta pasión y ganas de pasar un buen rato hacen que uno se enamore de este lugar. We did two private tours with Epic North. One was for Kluane national park and one aurora hunting tour. Their tour guides were knowledgeable, fun and they helped us with taking pictures. Their vans were new and comfortable. Overall a very good experience!

We had an epic time!! ???? Although our trip was initially cancelled due to bad weather, Toby made every effort for us to do the day trip towards Carcross and Fraser. And boy did it turn out to be an amazing experience! And the weather was on our side too. Beautiful sunshine and clear skies. My husband and I were the only travelers on the tour with Toby and Lynn. They were terrific in their hospitality and took excellent care of us. What a wonderful couple!! Toby was very knowledgeable and had little anecdotes for us. He also gave us ample time at every stop and pointed out the best photography points. It was such a wonderful experience. ???? Would recommend Epic tours to anyone visiting Whitehorse. Toby and Lynn take care of you like their own family. Thank you Toby and Lynn for a memorable time!

Tobias organized a great tour for us in Whitehorse. We enjoyed two nights of Aurora. Yuyu, Derek, and Tobias took us for the aurora tours and were amazing guides. They knew about the aurora very well and took us to the perfect spot and helped us click pictures with the Northern Lights! Tobias also organized a tour of the Yukon widlife and hotsprings and a day of snow activities. The wildlife and hot springs were a very amazing and different experience. The multi day snow activities is a must too! We had a lot of fun doing those! The pickups were on time and everything was taken care of very well. We had an amazing experience at Whitehorse, Yukon!

This trip was full of delightful surprise! Our tour guide Tobi is very professional, kind and has rich experience of north territory. Me and my friend booked several trips with this company. They are all unique. We went to the national park in a beautiful day, encountering many wild animals on our way. Tobi led us to a special location, we enjoyed massive private nature views (coz it was really quiet other than other busy touristic sightseeing). We went to aurora hunting as well. We were lucky to have blessed weather (please bare in mind no one can control this part). We saw the most beautiful dancing northern lights on an icy lake. The stars are worth viewing too. Our best experience was to witness a successful proposal. Such a brilliant idea! And Tobi assisted the fiancé organising the lovely event all the way through. He will always customise the tour accordingly our preference. It’s a shame that such wonderful tour is barely known. 100% recommended. And I will definitely come back.

Last week, I took the full-day tour from Whitehorse to Skagway and back. It was a luxurious small-group adventure with the owner, Tobi, who is an experienced, knowledgeable, and thoughtful tour guide. What amazed me most was that the day tour with Epic North was approximately the same cost as a run-of-the-mill day tour I had booked elsewhere.

We were able to see Auroras Boreales thanks to their dedication and experience in the search for the most appropriate areas, even when they did not seem auspicious days, with patience, but it was achieved. We did 2 Aurora Tours with Epic North, on the 1st night (Wednesday) we unfortunately did not see anything due to it being too cloudy, even with Toby trying 4 or 5 different locations. Toby still put on an amazing tour even though we didn't see the lights that night. We booked again on the Friday night, when it was a lot clearer, and our guide Yuya took us to 2 different locations where we were fortunate enough to see the lights! Both Toby and Yuya were very knowledgeable and fantastic tour guides and we couldn't rate them enough! And if we go back to Whitehorse would definitely book another tour with Epic North! We highly recommend Epic North to anyone considering doing an Aurora tour.

Great experience and definitely recommended! Had our tour on the evening of the 13th of March. We were lucky enough to get to see the northern lights but even without I would of enjoyed the tour - our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, took us to a beautiful location and topped it off with snacks & marshmallows in the fire. If I’m ever back in the area would use Epic again!

Just WOW ????! What a fantastic tour experience. From the initial booking and communication made from Australia to the end result this was first class. The fact that these guys take you hunting the Aurora and not just go to one base spot is fantastic and certainly delivered an amazing result for us! Tobias, is a fabulous tour host and guide making this one of the best travel experiences of my life. If you are travelling to Whitehorse you cannot go past Epic North Tours. I booked 2 nights of Aurora hunting with epic north. The guy was more interested in driving rather taking any interest in showing us the Aurora. He kept on driving for almost 3 hours and then left us in our hotel. Other tours were able to see the Aurora in the same night but not us. I will never recommend this tour.

Awesome, awesome aurora hunting tour! The van was really comfortable, snacks and beverages were provided along the way, and Yuya, our guide, did his very best to take us to 3 different locations to see the northern lights on a night when we weren't expecting much because it had been cloudy in the afternoon. Amazingly, we did see the northern lights on multiple occasions thanks to Yuya's effort. Some of these northern lights were just breathtaking especially for first-time viewers like us. We also opted for the photo add-on and we were glad we took this option as a camera and a tripod were necessary to capture aurora/northern lights on camera (we couldn't just use a phone camera). Tobias was also amazing and very responsive (we got the photos in <24 hours after the tour)--he even sent us additional photos than what we had expected (really appreciated him going above and beyond). Overall, this is probably anyone's best bet for aurora sightseeing--the fact that our guide took us to different locations to maximize our chances of seeing the northern lights (rather than just staying at one predetermined location) was definitely a plus.

Tobi was amazing. Very responsive, friendly and accommodating to scheduling our tour. He went out of his way to really hunt the lights since the chances that night were not that great. His vehicle, is a large SUV, very clean, comfortable and importantly very warm for -24 weather we had that day. I highly recommend Epic North tours.
