My sister in law, wife and her friend all had terrible experiences with this garbage agency. All on separate occasions. In the same bloody week. We paid for a 5 person room with a pull out bed, but they gave us a, 4 person room and no bed for the 5th person. The person had to sleep on the floor. No refund. The next, they suggest that the guide share a room with one of the kids we were traveling with. Really? The male guide can sleep in the same room as a CHILD? This is a sick, sick, agency. The last case is my wife's friend's Niagara trip ruined with a bad guide. Extra stops to drop of passengers that led to 5 people missing a flight to Korea. They will be hearing from us shortly.

My family joined the Quebec+Mont-Tremblant pack for our family trip, and it was 'fantastic', borrowing my dad's words. The leaves were colouring although it was late-september. Riding the panorama gondola to the top was my favorite experience ever. Quebec city was overwhelming, and our guide was the most hardworking person that ive ever met during any package tours, and I am really greatful for what he did for us during the 3 days. My family had a lot of fun on a 3 day/2 night fall foliage tour in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario! The tour guide was perfect - very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He taught us interesting historical facts and background of each location, and was caring towards the passengers. The bus driver also drove safely and we stayed on schedule. The tour itself was well-organized with a lot of activties, and sufficient breaks between long drives. However, the meals were hit or miss - some were good and others weren't great. The quality of the motel also wasn't as good as previous bus tours we've been on.
