Mike I do not know if he is the owner or employee but I feel sorry for the company. I went to buy a ticket and apply for a Visa for China, after calling several times to see what time they are opening and my sole purpose was to buy a ticket and get a visa for China. I arrived September 26th, 2017 in the afternoon, I found a secretary, receptionist that she looked nervous, new on the job maybe a few days, one of her colleague or MIke maybe left her alone went to the airport to pick up some people and they left this young girl that had no clue which she admitted. We were patience with her she tried to help us out and while she was laughing and joking, she called Somona some other place, she arranged for out ticket and tried to fill up the application for China Consultant. We received a call from MIke he was very rude, mean, obnoxious maybe he had a bad day as he was explaining that on our visa application the driver's licences was missing which is understandable and without any communication he said I will return your money and come pick up your stuff and hang up on us. Now he is telling us the ticket the girl called the person who sold us the ticket is not from his office and he is not returning out ticket luckily we do not need visa for Hong Kong. It is very easy to take a Visa on the border to China. Do not deal with these people be aware.

They keep faxing me everyday to my home phone number ..... Very annoying. They should be charged or shut down.

China Travel Service did the trick when I needed to get a transit visa for Hong Kong. I don't live in Toronto but was able to mail them the application and passport. Michael was pretty responsive in general about any inquiries or questions. I'd use them again if I needed to.

I am not from Toronto, but when I rang my local travel agency to ask about booking a trip to China, I was referred to China Travel Service's office in Toronto because its staff are experts when it comes to the Chinese visa application process. Indeed, I the people I spoke with were friendly, helpful, and were able to answer all of my questions about the Chinese visa application process. Thanks to their help, I was successful in obtaining a visa within 5 working days of having my documents arrive at their office by registered mail. I wish I had rang China Travel Service much sooner instead of attempting to contact the Chinese consulate by phone! My only criticism of China Travel Service is that I did not receive a response when I emailed the company to ensure that my application was in order. A quick call got me my answer, so doing things the old fashioned way (by telephone) is definitely the preferred way of doing business. Save yourself the trouble of typing out a message and just give China Travel Service a call to help you obtain a visa - you'll be glad you did!

I've always managed the VISA process myself with the assistance of our EA. But since March of 2020, the process is is more complicated, and information I was getting, as to what documents to provide, was not clear. My husband had used Michael to process his Chinese VISA in the Fall of 2020, he suggested I try Michael. I will from now on use this service and Michael Zhou, even if the process goes back to what it was before March 2020. Michael is clear as to what is needed, he is thorough and professional.
