Extremely unprofessional. They will not give us a refund for a service we didn’t even use. The lady hung up the phone on me. I am so disappointed. Poor service....poor value...poor quality. Zero stars.

I wish I could give them a -1 but Anahita is so unprofessional and rude. She’s pleasant when you want to book a ticket but when Covid hits and the airline cancels your ticket she REFUSES to listen and help the situation. I will NEVER recommend this travel agency to anyone.

If I could give no stars, I would. The most condescending attitude I’ve ever had to deal with in customer service. At a time when we should be lending a hand to assist one another, this business is doing everything they can to make things more challenging.
