I was referred to Raya Travels via a friend a couple of years ago and have been a client since then! Quick turn around time, with the best itinerary and prices along with a client first approach are the reasons that I always go back to Raya and refer my friends to them!

I am so disappointed of RAYA Travel agency, they are doing unprofessional business with their customers , they don't know how to book the flights for their Customers, they don't even know the timing between connecting flights, It should be at least 2 or 3 hours space between them. They don't have any after hours Customer service help, they don't have any response to you call, No respect for their Customers, they are keep changing the flight numbers around and the only things they care about is taking your money. I am stuck in Turkey right now, my flight is for Feb20 in the morning when I went to check in they said to your flight is been Cancelled no body knows the reason and they did not botherd to let me know. On my way to Turkey I was left out of my flight (paid again) because the RAYA careless agency did not book me proper flight and I will definitely talk to my Lawyer and deal with them through the Law, let's not forget we live in Canada. Good luck with your ???????????? Business.
