My wife & I took the Key West Travel & Tours Ltd 4 day round trip tour of the Canadian Rockies having booked the tour via the internet from the UK and with no prior knowledge of the Company. So it was with a certain amount of trepidation that we boarded their bus in Vancouver. However any such negative feelings were swiftly dispelled by the warm welcome given to us by the driver and tour leader and from then on and until we left the bus 4 days later we were treated to a most enjoyable, informative and comfortable trip. All the arrangements for overnight hotel accommodation were excellent. Of course one cannot credit the Company for the exquisite sights afforded us in the Rockies but our treatment was at all times above and beyond expectations. The tour operatives were at all times polite, friendly and extremely efficient and did a great job throughout, making it possible for us to get the maximum enjoyment of the Rockies. We highly recommend this tour company.

Very satisfied with the wonderful service of Key West, especially Cristina who was extremely helpful. We took the Valleys and Peaks Tour. Although we felt the coach portion was a bit short, we thoroughly enjoyed the Rocky Mountaineer rides that followed. The Rocky Mountaineer is an experience not to be missed!

We did the 4 day/3 night Circle West bus tour with Brad (guide) and Bill (driver) in Sep 2017. I can thoroughly recommend this tour based on the scenery, the personnel, the itinerary and the accommodation. I would certainly do it again. & We did. This time with Brad again and Kevin (driver) in Sep 2019. 5 stars again. This is the best bang for your buck as far as what you get. I reckon another tour wouldn’t be excessive.

My husband and I did a 4 day coach tour of Rocky Mountains with Key West in May and we had the most fabulous time. The tour director was very knowledgeable and the driver was excellent. We could not fault the professionalism of the tour even down to the modern bus provided. The tour content was very comprehensive allowing us to experience so much in such a short time. The scenery was out of this world wherever we went and the driver went out of his was to stop along the road for wildlife spottings. Our accommodation was considered basic but we were unable to fault this accommodation. We loved it. We could have paid extra for the next tier up but we found it was not necessary. We would recommend this tour to anyone.

We are not impressed with the services offered by this company. The prices keep changing minute to minute on their website. Language barrier with one member of the staff. We have spent hours talking to this company and realized that pricing games are being played. Never ever again to call this company in our life.

Our bus driver Gil we cannot thank enough for his expertise in handling the roads, our luggage and any other needs we had. Just completed the Western Trails tour with Key West Travel & Tours. We had a fabulous time on this tour as it ran smoothly and efficiently. The office staff were extremely helpful, kind and patient with all inquires that I had.Our tour guide Brad was great! His knowledge about the Rockies and surrounding areas is plentiful and we loved how he taught us this through his commentary and stories. We loved how he kept the tour group on track with time, which really allowed the group to enjoy our time at the sites and to explore, rather than waiting around for everyone and diddle-daddling. Our driver Stu was wonderful as well. Great driver and drove with care. The sites visited were fantastic, along with the excursions offered. We really feel like we saw all the major parks and sites that are associated with the Rockies. The standard hotels are perfectly located in the center of the villages in the National Parks. Taking this tour, really makes me proud to be Canadian! Thank you Key West for a fabulous trip, looking forward to future tours!
