All of my interactions with them have been distasteful and overall just bad business practise. The sales person ”P” reached out to multiple companies in our organization this time last year sending a spam email to all of our members. While I can appreciate an eager sales pitch, this employee sent a repetitive email saying this organization was also a member of our group. Our group is a close knit, elite group of members who all know one another. To pretend to be a part of something you are not to try to make a sale is unethical behaviour. We recently received a call from this same sales person and when confronted he was combative, smug, and egotistical. The lack of professionalism from a “corporate” agency is astounding and I would expect better. I would expect who you put on your front lines to generate new business would be someone professional. I welcome anyone in management or with any sort of respect to reach out and I can further explain the interactions above. Will not use and will recommend over 200 of our partners don’t either.
