Had an amazing experience in costa rica, and met tons of new people. The staff were so friendly and made it seem like they were your friends not people watching over you. Some of best parts were the night time safari where we saw many amazing species, and the white water rafting , one for the books. 10/10 recommend using ceremony for you grad trip because it was a memory of a life time that I think I only would have gotten through them!

My trip to Costa Rica at the Selina hotel in Manuel San Antonio was absolutely refreshing. It was a well needed graduation trip filled with a variety of different planned activities courtesy of Ceremony. The location was wonderful, I just wish that the travel time from the airport to the resort was shorter.

At first I was sceptical because I was a rep helping to plan a grad trip during covid, but it was a fun experience to plan the trip and try to encourage students to try to look on the brighter side of life if covid dies down for next year. Our group leader (Lisa) was amazing and was easy to communicate with and helped answer questions we couldn’t answer or didn’t have the knowledge for it. We shared a couple of good laughs when planning the trip, she gave us hope thinking we can share the final memories we our friends next year on a nice vacation. If covid continues next year it’s not a big problem, it was a fun experience on the business side of becoming a rep and it was definitely an “out of the box” experience since I’m not a fan of talking to people.

Hello there I would like to start off by thanking Ashlee and Sophie from Ceremony. They were both very helpful and responsive whenever i called or emailed. I know a lot of us parents were on a stress roller coaster since they left on Friday March 13th to the Dominican Republic and us parents weren't always the easiest or the nicest to deal with... But you guys at Ceremony always had a great sense of awareness and very informative. A lot of things were out of your control but you all were always calm in this uncertain time. 100% recommend ceremony travel! The excursions they had planned are amazing. By far white water rafting was the best and even though some were nervous the guides encouraged them and made it a fun time for all! The parties they have planned at night are pretty great, u get to meet new people have some drinks and a good time by the pool and dress up w all kinds of themes! Couldn’t imagine any other grad trip being better!

The company for the most part was well organized but seem to have a lack for caring about the students in the fact that some of the things they said would be provided werent and therefore they did not follow through with their word but other than that it was amazing. Terrible & highly unethical company to deal with. A global pandemic struck and rather than do the right thing, they did all the wrong things over and over. They were difficult to get a hold of. Never answered the phones & rarely responded to emails. When I commented on their social media asking for someone to get a hold of me, they removed my comments. They still say the trip is postponed and refuse to cancel the trip. Yet someone processed a refund of our the last payment. They still won’t refund the rest of the trip - minus the non-refundable deposit. The Canadian border is closed - how can they still think this trip is a possibility?! They finally told me that they can’t help me anymore and I’m to make an insurance claim. I’d never recommend that you trust this company with your money or look after your loved ones on a holiday. A complete fraud.

i loved my experience a tonne during my trip to dominican and the staff was super helpful with one of the trip leaders, meg being so friendly and welcoming and nice. i was put up to new and fun experiences that will be with me forever.

Worst travel business out there. I have been trying to get a situation resolved for about a year now. They are extremely unprofessional and do not provide any updates. I still have not gotten my situation resolved. I do not recommend this business at all. Worst out there. Would give 0 stars if there was an option

This trip was absolutely amazing. The staff had so much energy and were very accommodating and supportive. Megan went out of her way to form a bond with a lot of travellers and even took time out of her day to ensure we were having a good time and even eat dinner with us. Ju was really helpful in translating & medical assistance. James was our own personal photographer who made sure to capture all he bangers and candids. The excursions were phenomenal. My favourite was definitely the surf trip. The staff there individually helped us catch the best waves. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The night events had really cool themes and good music. We got face paint and tattoos for extra spirit which got everyone even more hyped. The programming and excursions were all really well organized and really fun. Everything was on time and everyone was well informed of any changes. The resort was beautiful and had really good food. This is definitely the trip of a lifetime. 11/10.

I’ve been on plenty of vacations with my parents over the years and they always have everything planned down to a T: food, places to go, things to see, where we are staying. It takes any of the thought out of a vacation. Ceremony does just that, we went to Costa Rica and they had something for us to do every day and night; pre planned and all. It wasn’t just to get drunk with friends (although there is time to if you’re into that) it was to be able to spend time with everyone, even people you’ve never seen. And not only that every guide we had was understanding, nice to chat with and didn’t treat you like the kid you were in high school. I highly recommend booking with them if you are ever given the chance.

Ceremony was the best way to end a busy grad year. We got to the Dominican and started relaxing and then having so much fun. There were so many cool people we got to meet and spend time with. Definitely found some life long friends here. But it was the best week of my life ceremony is amazing and every kid should go and enjoy it.

So far I am having an amazing time. the best thing so far was the surfs up party we got to stay at the beach until sunset. we didn’t even have to worry about our personal belongings the staff here takes really good care of us. they aren’t strict on what you do but they definitely know when to step in and make sure your safe. I went on the Costa Rica grad trip and am having the time of my life. The itinerary planned is full of amazing activities such as night safari and white water rafting which is an experience I’ll never forget. The resort is breathtaking and the food is sooooooo good. 10/10 would recommend.
