Outstanding customer service and attention to detail! International travel is stressful as it is, and 10x more so with COVID-19. Sally covered all details of our trip, ensuring compliance with every regulation and restriction. She got us terrific seats at a low price. I would highly recommend Sally to anyone planning a trip.

The best travel agency! Without Sally's help I don't know how we would have handled all the travel requirements to bring my Mom to Canada. Her expertise helped us navigate all the challenges of international travel in a COVID-19 world. She spent the time to find the best seat on the best flight, while always being mindful of keeping layover times to a minimum. Her responsiveness and commitment were outstanding. She was available to answer any questions or concerns we had, and she followed up to ensure my Mom's trip went smoothly. Thank you!

The owner of this agency is very dishonest and rude. We asked her to check the prices of our return tickets for a few tentative dates and she said the price difference would be $175. We then talked to Lufthansa customer service and they changed our tickets for free. Then she calls right after Lufthansa changes our ticket to say that she actually changed our tickets not Lufthansa. Why? to charge an extra $175. She would cut corners and tell you any lies to charge you a few extra buck and she does it in an extremely rude manner, like you're dumb. And in the end she would blame you for making troubles and hang up the phone on you. The only reason one would go to a travel agency to buy tickets these days is to use the customer service which I absolutely did not. Therefore I absolutely do not recommend this agency.

(Translated) Atlas Travel was the best agency I saw in Canada during these fifteen years. They consider consistent, accurate, regular, customer care, etc. as their priority. Ms. Sima was a very good, accurate, and orderly person that I saw in Canadian agencies during this time. At the airport, when they asked me for a form, she sent it to me in two minutes. I just returned from a wonderful two weeks in Tehran. The trip was arranged by Sally @ Atlas Tour and Travel who always provides us with good information and who has been extremely helpful planning our trips and arranging our itineraries. Before and while traveling, Sally handles any unanticipated issues promptly, ensuring our trips are stress free and relaxing. My trips to Spain last September and Tehran in December were planned perfectly. For our upcoming trip to Australia Sally was able to secure an unbelievably low fare. I highly recommend Sally Manesh @ Atlas Tour & Travel for all your travel needs.

Rude, and expensive. Avoid. Took them 10 min on the phone to give me a quote of a ticket which was around 300 CAD more expensive than what I managed to buy with other agencies. The worst thing was that they called me the day after, saying they were waiting for me to let them know if I want the ticket, the problem was that they called me "rude" for not letting them know that I'm not interested anymore! Will never ever call them again.

Worst customer service I have ever received. The owner, Soheila, was extremely rude, disrespectful, pushy and told me to go book my own ticket because I was not committed to her booking a ticket for me when I still had questions like, how long the flight time is, how long the layover is and how long the second flight is. When I asked her if she could please answer my questions first before I say yes, she told me to go find my own ticket and hung up on me. I would not recommend this place at all. There are many better travel agencies out there. The only reason i'm given her 1 start is because the system won't let me post a review unless i give at least 1 star.

Service at Atlas Tour and Travel had been great for me. I've been very happy here, best prices and great quick service. I had to change a last minute paid flight, Soheila handled it with no fee. Definately recommend this place to everyone.

Our circumstances were quite exceptional and complex, and Atlas Tour & Travel took on the challenge and helped us through it. When it comes to customer service they really do go over and beyond what they need to. They are so considerate and compassionate that they took the time and initiative to follow up with us to ensure that everything was OK.
