Boat has every 15 mins. It means also, tour takes about 15 mins. I recommend this attraction. Also, you can't make a reservation, only can buy a ticket on site.

Dale was an amazing tour guide. Fun, funny, able to herd cats with the best of them. He kept us on track without making us feel rushed. He's very energetic and has great stories. BONUS, Dale might spontaneously break into song. He has a great voice. What else do you want in a tour guide? The best part of the tour for us was Cave of the Wind. Bring water shoes. You'll be so much more comfortable than wearing the sandals they give you. This was the most dramatic part of the tour. You get up-close-and-personal with that waterfall. Be prepared to get very wet. Even though they supply ponchos, you're still going to get wet. The Maiden of the Mist was fun, and exciting. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. Personally I tracked 12,148 steps the day of our tour. There are a lot of stairs and not every place has handicap accessibility. This was the best tour of Niagara Falls I've ever been on.

The tour with Gil was great! He was on time, knowledgeable, accommodating and personable. The stops on the tour were great. We seemed to hit each stop when it was not crowded only to see long lines of people coming in on our way out. It is a great way to see all of the falls. I highly recommend this tour. Cave of the winds was really good and I don’t think I would have done it if I hadn’t been on the tour.

The guide and driver were both professional and personable. They were mindful of the senior with a cane. Complaint- could not always hear his instructions and commentary out and about. He needed a microphone. More history of the people and location; less about water usage. Drinking water from beginning to end of tour, even if patrons paid $1 per bottle It was a very good tour and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Again, thanks to the guide and driver for great service. Comfortable van.

Dan was absolutely fantastic to our group. There was a ridiculous “hiccup” but he handled it fantastically. I’m so glad he was our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable. Thanks, Handsome Dan!

Definitely recommend this guys. Tour was amazing. We had a lot of fun. Our tour guy was Jimmy, he is cool and funny. It was nice to be part of “Jimmy’s family”, that what he called us????, for this 5 hours!!! We love it ????

Dale was a great tour guide , very knowledgeable and kept things interesting along the way. However, we found the transportation portion ( bus/van pick up & drop off) confusing and unorganized leaving the tour guide to answer for the by then company. Our tour guide having to make decisions to possibly leave people behind to get others back due to not having enough room available for all passengers. Overall a good day but would probably not use this company again.

This was a great tour with professional service. Book the tour if you only have one day to explore or if you have two days, book the first day and use the second day to explore places you wanted to see more of. Jimmy the tour guide was awesome!

We did the tour in Niagara and it was worth every penny. You can spend half a day and see everything that you came to see without the hassle of buying tickets and getting yourself from point A to B. Jimmy our tour guide was entertaining and kept us on schedule. My group thought that we spent a fair amount of time at each stop. And, honestly the city is not very large so if you see something on the tour you can easily go back on your own.

This was a first class and professional tour. They were very organized. We really enjoyed Dale, our tour guide. He had lots of local knowledge, shared good stories and almost all the other workers in the park spoke to him and had a story about him. I think I ended up giving him a 25.00 tip.

Where to begin from pick up to drop off just amazing...not being from the area GIL was perfect from his local knowledge answering any questions to checking on us thought the day...his company makes waiting for attractions easier we were able to go explore while GIL went and got our tickets which by the way is all included never 1 time did we have to pay for more...saw exactly ????percent t of what was advertised...we had a great day...from seeing the falls and surrounding areas with rapids amd wild life...Thank you gil from the Florida family that's never on time lol

Way overpriced. $109 for the maid of the mist ($25 ride for admission) and cave of the wind ($15 admission). They advertise like you’re gonna visit all these sites. Nope. Was driven to the horseshoe falls and dropped off to look at it ourselves for 30 min then meet up at the cave of wind to grab our tickets then wait an hour. Yes. Did nothing for an hour. Very little history was given in the tour that wasn’t told if you did those 2 things already. They also advertise water and coupon book. Didn’t get the water and the coupon book is you scanning a QR code. Total waste of a day and $100. Didn’t visit the other areas listed either. We drove passed them

Jimmy's family was amazing. That was the name of our tour group. Jimmy the guide and gill the driver made the tour very pleasant. We saw some extra stuff that was not on our scheduled tour. They really added that little extra that made it a step above just a tour. My wife forgot her Hoodie so Jimmy let her use his jacket the whole time. Only regret I had was I tipped Jimmy and the driver. I was not expecting to people to be running the tour. Had I known ahead of time I would of got more cash to tip more. Because they earned it. 5 stars all the way.
