My group recently did the Niagara Falls Summer Scenic Tour comprised of 1.) The Journey Behind The Falls, 2.) Niagara's Fury, 3.) Hornblower Niagara Cruise, 4.) Skylon Tower that lasted a total of 6 hours. The experience was absolutely phenomenal! We were driven and guided by a wonderful tour guide named Norm, a retired school principal who's been giving these tours for decades, who's acute knowledge of Niagara's history combined with his charming storytelling skills made transits between sites both enjoyable and educational. The tour also provided VIP access that bypassed long lines and came with bonus passes to worthwhile attractions like the White Water Walk (a must see) and the Daredevil Museum as well as a 48-hour WEGO bus pass that'll get you around Niagara. I can't recommend this package enough!

My husband, two teen girls and I went on the 6 hour Wine Tour. Our driver John McKinnon was very entertaining, knowledgable and attentive. He even entertained our teen girls with educational fun facts and trivia! The winery selection and timing for the tour was perfect. I highly recommend this tour!

Great tour, a full day of adventure. No worries about finding and then paying for parking. Due to the tour package we skipped to the front of most lines. Well worth the money.

We had an amazing tour. They upgraded us to a different tour that had both wine with a food pairing. It was an amazing tour and we had so much fun. Our driver “Wendy” was informative, and went out of her way to make our time special. I would highly recomend this tour. It was a cherry on top for our anniversary celebration.

We took a 5 hour tour of Niagara Falls, ON with Magnificent tours which was booked through our hotel. Our driver and tour guide, Lyn, took great care of everyone and was very informative. This was the most efficient was to see Niagara Falls must see/must do experiences: Skylon Tower, Behind the Falls, Niagara's Fury, and The Hornblower boat ride to the base of the Falls and a few photo stops along the way.

The cost of the Niagara Falls - Behind the Falls and Hornblower Niagara Cruises for 2 adults and a child is $113.70 CAD + tax. Magnificent Niagara Falls Tours charges $285.00 CAD + tax with their big selling point that you won't wait in the long lines because they take you right to the front. Instead of a spending 6+ hours to do the two attractions it would take about 2.5. The lady even said it would be really busy starting today because of the long Canadian holiday weekend. We got in immediately at Behind the Falls at 10:15 AM and made the next boat out for the Hornblower Niagara Cruises around 11:15 AM. From the time we left our hotel to the time we finished both attractions was about 2 hours. The lady basically lied to me in order to fleece me out of over $170. Maybe lines would have been really long in the afternoon. I certainly wouldn't trust their word for it.

Bus broke down within 2 miles of the start of the tour. There were no other Magnificent tour buses to continue on the trip. An alternate bus returned us back to the Marriott. I understand that buses do break down; however, this company had NO back up plan at all. A lot of disappointed people. BTE Buses need to be upgraded — there buses are very old. Also as we were returning to the Marriott Hotel, another group of people were experiencing the very same issue with their bus breaking down. What a bummer! Another option is to use the Brewery & Distillery Tours Niagara. Marriott Hotel set us up with the tour. The van was nice and clean. Group size was about 12. Our driver Richard was very very good. Highly recommend this tour!!!!

I went on two tours with this company - the Epic Evening Tour and the Niagara Scenic Tour. Both tours were fantastic! The Niagara Scenic Tour makes it very easy to see the best of the falls, with the best attractions and vacation tips. It is far better than trying to see these attractions on your own because you have don't have to worry about parking fees, wait times, or driving in traffic. Definitely worth the price. The Epic Tour was amazing thanks to our tour guide, John McKinnon. He knows everything about the falls, and has such a fun personality. I'm thankful we were able to tour with him. The tour itself was a great best-of-both worlds when it comes to Niagara tours, with a delicious dinner included. I personally feel that the tour is best for adults or older teenagers. Initially, there was a mishap with our pick up from the hotel (for those of you who may be staying somewhere other than the listed hotel pick-up locations, I recommend you be picked up from the Marriott Fallsview Hotel and Spa). However, the director Karen Peters worked with us to make sure we were accommodated. I was really impressed with how well they handled the situation. Truly the sign of a great company. If you have any questions I recommend you call them because they are very helpful. Overall, we had a great experience, and anyone who is visiting the falls should go on this tour!

We went on a Magnificent Tour, booked through our hotel, Marriott Fallsview. The tour took about 6 hours and was worth every penny! What made it so great was our guide, Norm. Not only did we learn about the points of interest, Norm also talked about CA and US history and fun facts.

We were supposed to be picked up at 9:05 at Hilton. We checked in at the tour desk at 8:50. Called the office number and left 3 voicemails. Doesn’t answer our calls but will pick up Hilton’s calls. Offered to put us in an “upgraded tour” and “will call back to confirm”. Never called back and when Hilton did we were told by Hilton that the “upgraded tour” is not available. Magnificent then gave Hilton a phone number for us to call instead of just asking to talk to us. Of course no answer on the number they gave Hilton.

Worst experience ever. We have been robbed. We paid total 317 cad , but only refunded 56. We purchased Niagara Best Tour at the Magnificent customer service located in Marriot Niagara at the Falls. The tour as explained in your web should be in this order total time 3 hours: 1. Hornblower niagara cruise 2. Journey behind de falls 3. Whirpool rapids photo We were taken first to the Journey behind the falls, being there 45 minutes, then went to the rapids approx. total 1/2. When coming back for the cruise, not able to do it because of not safety, cancelled for the day. Since we are leaving tomorrow, we get the refund for the missing tour that is 56. After waiting for the supervisor , wasting our vacation time , the explanation was the same: refund is only 56. We have just being SCAMMED!!!!

Horrible. They convinced me that there was a deal going on that I could cancel my wine tour and rebook for cheaper, but they never reimbursed me for the first tour I booked. So not only was I out $400, but the tour was also boring and not worth it at all! You get shuttled with about 35 people and don’t even get enough time at each winery to enjoy it. Just a tiny sip of wine then run back to the bus. I would definitely recommend picking another company. This one will steal your money.!!!!

TOTAL RIP OFF My wife and I took the 3.5 hour tour and expected much much more for the cost of this tour. $158.50 Canadian $$ after taxes. You are within walking distance of the Journey Behind the Falls and the Hornblower Boat Tour which is $19.00 CA $$ and $25.52 CA $$ respectively (prices found online before taxes) Buy your tickets online and you have no lines to wait in. The Journey Behind The Falls we were given 30 minutes which is "no where near" enough time to get through the lines if it is busy get back up the elevator and get back to the bus or the bus will leave without you. We made it to the bus only to wait another 30 minutes for stragglers which put our tour behind schedule. On to the next stop the Whirlpool which is free but to far to walk to. Since we were behind schedule the driver gave us 10 minutes and we had to be back on the bus. The third stop was The Hornblower Boat Tour. Here we were told by the driver stay on the lower deck in the back of the boat for the best pictures and because you can get off quickly to get back to the bus. It is not the best place for pictures he just wanted us back to the bus quicker. The entire trip we were being rushed from one place to another and although the driver did give us some interesting facts about the falls and the Niagara area the majority of the time we had to listen to him complain about the traffic being so bad. "I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOUR" I would purchase the tickets myself and take the time needed to enjoy the falls at my own leisure. Behind the Falls and The Hornblower are very nice and would give them a 4 and a 5 star.

The winery tour was great! We had ample amout of time to enjoy each winery without any rush. Our tour guide was very nice. They gave a return gift at the end of the tour which was a good gesture.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Magnificent Tours Niagara wine tour especially the commentary provided by our tour guide who was very informative about Niagara Falls, NOTL, and the fabulous wineries. John was attentive to everone on the bus making us feel very welcome to beautiful Niagara Falls. What a terrific day!

Just book on your own!! Through Marriott they charged us 317.02 for 2 adults. Actual price is closer to 100 CAD. The tour we wanted was "having bus issues and was unavailable" so we decided to do the Scenic Tour. Everything was rushed and we still had to wait in line when we got there to get our tickets?? Zero direction when you get there. After each spot we ended up waiting for the same people who were late every stop. The entire 'tour' could be done in an hour...not 3.5. I would give 0 stars if I could. Oh and we had another tour set up for wine tasting...however similar story again. Bus got a flat tire the day before AND they needed that bus for a different tour. So they cancelled our tour with no alternatives the day before. Absolute waste of time and money. And how does a tour bus company have so many issues with the buses??? If you're in Niagara falls, just walk down to the tours or take the WEGO. The behind the falls tour was OK, nothing spectacular, but glad we did it. We had a great time on the Hornblower and would recommend to anyone. Price for behind the falls is approximately $22 cad and hornblower, which is a 3 minute walk away, is roughly 26 cad. Hope this helps someone else avoid this disgraced tour company.

The tour went to the floral show house, Journey Behind the Falls, Niagra's Fury, butterfly conservatory, shopping area, and the Hornblower cruise. Free tickets for the ferris wheel and the daredevil exhibition were included as well. It was about $120 CAD + tax and was well worth it (we went in November). The transportation from each attraction was a coach bus and was very well organized. The amount of time spent at each stop could have been slightly longer, but overall I think the flow of the tour was good. Our bus driver was very friendly and informative about the history of the area which really added to the whole experience.

We purchased the scenic tour and stayed at The Marriott on the falls. They picked us up right at the side door. Bus was clean, comfortable and cool. This tour included the Hornblower cruise, Journey Behind the falls, Niagara's Fury, White Water Walk and a 48 hour WeGo bus pass which came in handy the next day while exploring on our own! The tour also stopped downtown for 1 hour and gave us a chance to get a bite to eat. Loved our guide Alice! It was a 5 hour action packed tour that we would definitely do again!
