Excellent tour! Dave, the tour operator, customized our tour and had us screeched in at the oldest bar in North America - Liddy's. What a show! Coastal scenery was amazing, and Dave was super amicable, welcoming and knowledgeable. High recommend :)

Dave was a great host and guide to my friends and I. He was very patient and did not hesitate to go out of his way to make us feel welcome and to answer any questions we had... and we had many! He even drove us to the Quidi Vidi brewery on friday night open kitchen night. Greatly recommended tour and hostel!

Had Dave as our driver. Very knowledgeable of the history and locations. We had a very bad weather and Dave offered if we could not get up Signal Hill to look out he would pick us up later to do it...well like the weather towards the end the fog blew out and we got up. Very accommodating with a couple of items we wanted to see job well done

My friend did a whale and puffin tour with Dave. She recommended Jellybean tours to me. But I wasn’t there at the right season for whale watching. So I had a city tour instead. I absolutely loved the tour!! It’s a fantastic small group tour. Dave is a very knowledgeable local guide. The whole tour covered the City and surrounding area. It was very informative and I learned a lot about NFLD from Dave! I felt like I saw everything I wanted to see and didn’t feel at all rushed at any location. We were evened able to have a short hike around Cape Spear. I highly recommend this tour!

This tour was one of the many amazing highlights of my trip to St. John’s. Dave’s knowledge of not only the city itself, but all the nearby nature sights was incredible, and intertwining really interesting folk stories of the people of Newfoundland and Labrador throughout made it very fun. The price was well worth it. Super easy to book, and more importantly also very easy to meet our tour guide, Dave. The information on finding the location was excellent. Hope to visit St. John’s again soon!
