A fun and scenic boat ride, lots of information delivered in true Newfie Style. Take a warm coat if weather looks iffy. Crew provided a kissing the cod ceremony and musical ditty as part of our trip. Not sure if that happens every time but easy to arrange i think. They even went back to the dock to pick up some late comers, you wont see that happen every day. The local ferry next door takes you across to Norris Point, which is worth a trip, although the discovery centre is a 2km walk.

Great scenic boat rides of Bonne Bay and Western Brook Fjord

Had a very nice 2 hours tour about Bonne Bay and out into the Gulf of St Lawrence. We saw White sided Dolphins, Bald Eagles, a Moose, various other birds but no Whales. Even so, the scenery is spectacular and the two guys who provide interesting information and some very humorous stories, made up for no whales sighted. Highly recommend.
